She talked to me to learn more about my life and the coverage I may need and had me a quote within no time that we agreed upon! She also was the sweetest to talk to!

Had the best insurance experience with Shelly!!! I was a little apprehensive about calling State farm because of their prices from years before. I have family members with Cara Shockley State Farm, so when I bought a car and needed coverage I called to see if they could help me. I'll start by saying i called them pretty early on a Monday morning...I was greeted over the phone by Britney (sorry if I misspelled her name) and she was very nice. She directed me to Cristal Ortiz to help me with my quote. Cristal was so friendly and patient and took her time to get me the coverage that I needed. She asked me some questions and then contacted me back with options. We then talked about coverage, and she took time to explain everything to me so I could make the best decision for MY needs. I am getting AWESOME coverage at an affordable price. A lot of people told me to go here or there, but THIS is why I chose State Farm, because of people like Cristal. When you call and people actually want to help you is a rarity these days, and then to be friendly on top of great service is such a bonus. I have always known Insurance is a necessity, but everyone always concentrates on the premium and doesn't think much about when you need service or to file a claim. Cristal really set the tone for what I hope my relationship will be like with Cara Shockley's agency. I am so appreciative of the time and care Cristal took and I would definitely refer my friends and family to them :)
