I recently bought a Mustang here and experienced excellent service. We didn’t have an appointment but knew what car we wanted to test drive from the website. Thomas quickly brought the cars around and let us test drive the baseline and premium. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy or salesman-like. No need to haggle here, they have the best prices in the DFW area. This location has the kindness and no-nonsense of a small town dealership with the professionalism and knowledge of a city dealership. I highly recommend!

I recently visited Ennis Ford and actually made a new car purchase & as a lady making the purchase on my own, I can definitely say they took great care of me! There was no pressure, no shady tactics, no negative anything.
I was treated with respect from start to finish and the process was pretty quick & absolutely painfree, not something easily found as a woman trying to do business in this trade today. Every part of the process and every person I encountered was great, from the finance department to especially the sales agent - Alex Hicks.

Great dealership. Friendly staff. Went for an oil change, the only complaint i have is the wait time. 2 hours for an oil change was a lil much. But they did a good job.

I contacted Ennis Ford about the front blower motor recall on my 2017 Expedition. Once parts were available they placed my order and within a few days called to schedule the replacement. They offered (at home service) this was very convenient and saved me a lot of time and travel. The service tech arrived on time and completed the repair within an hour.

I drove 80 miles to purchase a slightly used Dodge Ram (9000 miles) from Jodi in the used car lot. The transaction was smooth and fast. From arrival to departure in my new (to me) truck was just over 2 hours! The used car sales manager was a rock star too. Very helpful. Thanks both of you!

If you’d have asked me to rate the service department 2 months ago, the number of stars would be way less.
Had an issue with a noise my car was making in May, they took it and had it 8 weeks. The communication was poor from the get go. It was a very disappointing experience.
Then last week a light comes on my car and it was linked to the work done last time. My husband said the best bet was to take it back so they can make it right. I was so hesitant because of the last experience. Things are a complete 180, Terri and Jerry (the new service manager) made sure that I was kept up to speed, had it diagnosed and the parts ordered and fixed within 2 days. After understanding what happened last time, I really feel like Jerry was trying to make it right to keep customers. Knowing that he actually cares and is building a great team there, I will be back as a customer.
