Pop's Honey Fried Chicken

This was one of my favorite eating experiences lately! I chose chicken fried steak, macaroni and cheese, Spanish rice and cornbread. My husband had chicken and dressing, charro beans, fried okra and rolls. Everything was delicious, in particular the chicken and dressing and the macaroni and cheese. It was all clearly made from scratch and very fresh. We are sure to stop by in the future whenever we happen to pass through this area!!

I love this place! It is that nice down home cooking that I love. It is the type of place where the locals go and that is where the best food is. Whether it is a burger made to order, chicken, fish, or buffet here you will not go hungry!

Coming to Pops Chicken was a great experience. They have a variety of foods served every day of he week. The chicken and fish are great, they make very fresh. I love there rolls and cornbread as well as there cobbler's. I do recommend eating there cheeseburgers, it ain't no Whataburger burger but it does hit the spot just right! What makes it more interesting is that they also serve Mexican food which they hadn't done that before a few years ago. The people working behind the counter are very nice, they are respectful and polite.i highly recommend it!

Ok.. I loved Pop’s in Lindale and recently moved. Chandler is closest now and I was so excited. Second or third time through and can confirm it’s just as good. Everyone I’ve spoken to on my trips through are very kind and have great customer service skills.

The food is always consistent and dependable and it’s so cheap. Seriously I just got fried fish, 2 sides, 2 rolls, a drink and cobbler for like $12. I usually get a meal or two out of each order.

The youngest of your staff members is not public oriented at all.She would absolutely rather be doing anything besides serving the likes of me.She never acknowledged me. The other staff was pleasant and efficient.The food was great I got there a little late for fresh chicken but I liked it anyway

Under new management ! They got it going on now ! One of old servers is back.

This place is very cheap priced for a lot of food and different varieties! My absolute favorite is the street tacos. I’ve gotten to where I eat them for lunch every day lol
