Excellent experience from start to finish!

Ric was super accommodating from the time we set an appointment to test drive to helping us have some duplicate keys made. The communication back and forth was awesome and more companies should model themselves after Premier. Absolutely AMAZING experience! Ric is not only a no-pressure and kind individual, he is incredibly patient! I came in to purchase a scooter (knowing absolutely zero about them) and he patiently answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. He treats you as if you were purchasing a $50,000 vehicle even though it might only be $2,000. I have purchased several vehicles throughout my lifetime, and I only wish those experiences were as pleasant as dealing with Ric. To start off I want to say Jeff and Pat are both awesome and honest people.
I felt weary of buying a used car and going to a used car dealer but I felt at home from the moment I stepped on their lot. I have never felt pressured on buying the car I was looking at.
The cars on their lot also look amazing. I have never seen cars so well kept. They treat the cars like it's their own. Also they have the carfax on all the cars already for you so you don't have to waste time looking it up is also a +1.
Jeff and Pat also help through the financing process and are very honest when it comes to what needs to be done and what your contracts state. Not like other shady car salesman that promise you things and then don't deliver or say oh it's not in the contracts that we signed.
I ended up buying a BMW 135i from them and love it. I couldn't be anymore happier with my purchase.
I just want to say I recommend anyone to buy a used car from them. You will not regret it.

I was looking for a needle in a haystack; I had a long checklist and a decent budget, but was having no luck finding a gently used car. I'm new to the car buying business and was concerned about driving off a lot with a dud. I needed a reliable car with decent gas mileage, a clean title and a warranty. I would find a car that checked off most (not all) of my requirements, but the dealership would be selling it for $2-3,000 over Kelley Blue Book. They wouldn't even budge when I was paying with cash. After weeks of searching online and feeling frustrated, I stumbled onto a Craigslist ad from Premier. As soon as I saw the car, I knew I had to have it. The price was only a few hundred over Kelley Blue Book's price and the car actually checked off every box on my checklist. Ric cares
about getting his customers an excellent vehicle, he doesn't just clean the car and stick a price tag on it. His car inspection makes sure all wearing parts (brakes, tires, etc.) are above 30% worn, or he'll replace it. It's reassuring that he wants your car to be safe and affordable. Purchasing a car through Premier was easy, simple and stress free. Ric made the entire process enjoyable and I paid for all my DMV fees right there - no waiting in the DMV line! Where to start ? Ric is awesome, long story short, the 1969 javelin a.k.a (the jav) was my first car ! not just the model of car but this particular one! got it out of a wood shed in Parkdale in 1985, did all the things you should and should do in a car, til about 2001 when I thought it was a good idea to sell it ! wrong never sell you first car! looked for it around 2012, the guy I sold it too got rid of it, so I gave it up as gone . til my high school co-pilot and best freind saw it advertised at Premier Motorsports.I called Ric talked about the car and where it came from he really liked to hear the story. the weekend went bye, with some help i decided to buy it back, called Ric back, he held it for a week no money down, had others interested, but it was held,he even worked with the price knowing I was going to get it no matter what. thanks to Ric and his guys in the shop I drove home in my first car again, well it was towed home in 1985!
