Lowe's Home Improvement

Went here recently for some hinges for a man door going from the garage into the house. I asked one of the floor guys if he could help me and he said he would give it his best shot. He made a couple of recommendations that turned out to be very helpful. It seems like the last few times I have come to this Lowes that the customer service has greatly improved

I regularly shop here with this company. Very easy to do business with them, they always have great prices and ease of shopping through the app. I just completed my first pick up purchase that was a very easy process. Gave them the necessary verification for my order and they had it loaded in my car in under 8 minutes. Highly recommend

I am selling my house. So there were many projects that had I had to do to make it WORTHY to sell. I bought a Vanity with drawers, top sink and vanity were one beautiful piece and a mirror. It was $199.00. Amazing price and looks like such in UPGRADE in my newly remodeled master bathroom. I also had a small backyard that I never did anything with that needed to be landscaped. I bought all the pavers, polymeric sand (if you haven’t used this with your pavers, check it out), pea gravel, the long rubber piece to separate my pavers from the rest of the backyard, a fire pit, sand, black mulch, rocks to surround the fire pit and the tools to use for all of it. The yard is now listed as “totally landscaped backyard with fire pit”. Turned out way better than I could of ever hoped.

I bought a washer/dryer set last week. John helped me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as polite and kind.

Love Lowes. Excellent customer services, good selection and prices. Never going back to Home Depot who has dreadful customer service.

Just want to thank Joshua from the tools dept at east vancouver store for his commitment to serve.
He looked busy stocking and when i asked him about a reciprocal saw without hesitation he quickly walked me through and assisted me and even found an affordable one for me.
Visiting from Hawaii, i felt the aloha from Joshua. I told my family to shop their all because my impression he gave.

The cashier in the outdoor plant area made my day this morning. She was super fast and friendly during checkout but took the time to stop, lean down and talk to my 1 yr old who was melting down because it was naptime. My girl was all smiles when we walked out. BLESSINGS!

Today while taking my plants to my car I lost one tray off the front of my walker. The spilled plants lost soil all over the ground. I was already shaky and unable to bend to pick them up when a young man, Andreas, quickly came to my rescue. He picked up the plants and lost soil and loaded everything into my vehicle for me. He could tell that I was shaky and nicely offered to help load my walker as well.

I told him that I still had potting soil bags to pick up and asked him where to go to have them loaded. The cashier when asked simply waved in the general direction of the parking lot full of stacked bags. He apologized saying he was new to the job and didn't know exactly where my product was but offered to take my receipt and locate the correct bags for me. He waved me over to the correct aisle and loaded them for me. I had some concerns about the bags shifting and crushing my flowers while driving home so he did some rearranging of the bags to protect the plants.

Andreas was polite, helpful, and patiently went above and beyond to alleviate the concerns of a crazy old lady. He is an exemplary employee and his terrific customer service is the reason I will come back to Lowes for all my house and garden needs.

Quick trip, found what we needed. Store was clean, stocked. Sales team was helpful and got us to the last spots. Last stop was to find some hardware for drawers.

I recently had wonderful customer service at Lowe’s from Mike H. I went in looking to replace my kitchen sink, faucet and get a garbage disposal. Mike H. was patient and very knowledgeable with the products. He helped us to get everything we needed and made picking a new sink a breeze. I recommend Mike H. 100%. Thank you!

Very organized, brightly lit, aisles are neatly arranged, colors are are easily found. A big selection of home appliances in great range of prices and brands. The staff is always very helpful and reliable. Goes above and beyond to find and assist in looking for whatever you may want and need. Recently, I bought a set of drapes & rods. Found exactly what I was looking for & in the selection of colors. I'm a happy camper! 😊

Bought exactly what I needed for harvesting at home!

I come here all the time for all my gardening and home improvement needs. They usually have what I need and the employees are helpful. It’s always clean and well-kept. I honestly don’t have any complaints. I’m glad that I have a place where I can buy tools and anything I need.

We started by searching Lowe’s website for what we needed. Found the item on the website and told us they had it in stock at the store. Headed in, the app tells you which aisle and nearly the exact location on the shelf. Pretty amazing to have such an easy system for their customers. While we were there we found more we couldn’t live without!

Lowe's Home Improvement this is my favorite store. I could spend hours in this store. Not only can I fix my fence, I can plant a garden, buy all the tools to work in it by the vegetables to plant in it. I can even buy the canning equipment. I go into a Lowe's with one project in mind. I come out with four projects in my cart. Great people very friendly
