Reduced hours and days. A couple new staff.

The last place I'd think would smell like cigarette smoke is the cleaners. When I went to pick up my shirts the lady working there was smoking in the building. Not a good practice in my opinion.

I tried to give them half a star for at least smiling when you walk in but this place is horrible !I dropped off a feathered down blanket and they somehow molded the blanket. It smells like cigarettes so bad I have to throw the blanket out there is no saving ! My advice to anyone don't use them go to someone who doesn't smoke in there shop ,and someone who cares enough to pay attention to you as you are talking ! This is my fault partially for not reading other reviews before I just left something in uncaple hands ! You learn from your mistakes mine was pricey I hope others learn from mine thank you for reading my review !
