I love it! Chandler was very nice and helpful! The bugs that I had in my car are gone! The vacuum is really good! Super powerful. Seriously this is the best car wash that I’ve ever been.

Chandler went above and beyond to make my first visit to white water express Katy super pleasant. The amenities and vacuum options are amazing here. Prefer them and the team here over mister car wash.

I have been visiting different car washes in the area this has been the best so far. My car had a lot of bugs in the front. Ryan, Mylez and Kristin did an excellent job getting them out before I went through the car wash.

I had the help of Kelsey where she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my SUV washed. She walked through the whole car wash even though it was running and the soap and she was getting wet and other things just to make sure she could guide me through the car wash while driving slowly.

That’s a crazy dedication to her job and she’s a great asset to your team. Someone willingly diving in for the company like that is someone who will give great customer service and can help a company grow.

Really like coming here to get my car washed! They always make sure my bugs are gone. This time they were having timing issues with the car wash but made sure I knew to go through again and they made it right! Thanks to Andrew and Thomas for helping me out!! Was having an issue getting my fast pass read at the kiosk. Kelsey and Austin had smiles the whole time they helped me get my new pass placed on my car and the old one removed! Absolutely in love with this location right off the highway and easy to get to. There is always someone there to help and offer to clean my floor mats as well! 10/10 will recommend to everyone in the area. Definitely a showstopper of a car wash! I got the membership as well!

What a great discovery this place was!. First time here, and I went very happy, with their excellent service and machines in prestine conditions. It has an excellent location very accessible next to Costco, their facilities are new well cared. Personnel is very nice and attentive, they helped us very much. Restroom is clean and in nice conditions. They provide good quality towels for windows, they have a machine to clean car carpets and some blowers to dry you car. Their prices for plans or just a one time wash are very competitive and they just recently made a discount as you can see in their brochure. We took plenty of time to clean our car and it was very pleasant time. I will recommend this place a 💯% 👍👍👍👍👍

The location on I-10 and Grand Parkway are very hospitable. Miss. Kelsey was super helpful and was able to help with my membership. She also assured me that all transactions are handled with the info of my recharge date. She is very well trained in de-escalating situations and over all a great manager!

THOMAS THA Manager is very helpful and was happy to help me with an issue I had with my car. He reviewed with his staff the proper techniques, and my car looks amazing!

I got the unlimited car wash deal for my car and used all the amenities to get my 10 yr old car looking almost brand new! I loved it so much that I came back and bought another unlimited package for my wife"s car! Both Thomas and Ian were very helpful and we Iook forward to going there every weekend to pamper our cars!

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The towels are always clean, the dryers work great, it's honestly the best wash I've had comparing to other carwashes I've had memberships at. Everything is always clean, the bathroom is super convenient, good selection of air fresheners, the vacuums are powerful, and I think they recently got a new shampooing machine which is the best I've used. This location is the best I've been two between the ones here and in Austin.

Excellent detail service prior to going in the tunnel for the wash! Thomas got all the bugs off front bumper! Ram did a great job getting all the dirt off the sides and back! Overall excellent service, that’s why I keep coming back!

This wash is always so helpful and gets my car clean! I’ve tried others and they just don’t work near as well, especially for the tires! Wish there were one closer to my home! Thomas was very detailed! Love the new wash book special!!!!
