The customer service experience was great! I felt like I knew what was happening with my special order every step of the way. The 3D modeling of my project was amazing, but the actual ring was even more incredible! I am thoroughly pleased and will most certainly be returning to this company for my next orders.

I got a really good deal. It is hard to find an engagement ring for a man that is both masculine but also looks more like an engagement ring than a wedding band, but everyone understood my vision of what I was looking for and we came up with a perfect design! They were also very helpful in navigating my budget, so I got the perfect ring without completely breaking the bank!
