Church's Texas Chicken

We went thru drive thru, our food was great, the drive thru girl was very knowledgeable about Menu, I didn’t have to repeat! Took food home and was really great. Chicken was not dried out like it had been sitting out for awhile. Will be back!

I have been here before and the chicken has always been great. Today, the chicken was amazing. I love their biscuits and okra as well. We make the drive from Houston just for this.

Great food. Great prices. Great customer service. I used to be a popeyes fan, but their pieces of chicken are getting so small its not even worth it. I gave this place a try, and I'm never going back to tiny legs and honey-less biscuits! This location is the only one I've ever tried, so I don't know if it's all Churches, but this place SLAPS!

Oh! And they don't use purple cabbage in their coleslaw!!! I thought I hated coleslaw, but... nope. I hate purple cabbage, lol.

I have to say that I had never gone to Church's before and was stunned! They have the BEST baked macaroni and cheese I have ever tasted - except for my grandmother's! I would go there just to get it. It is as 'homemade' as you could get. It even had that darkened baked cheesy surface and they used REAL cheddar cheese! I have literally never had macaroni and cheese like that, even in a restaurant! The chicken was great, but the Mac and cheese was out of this world!

My mother loves this place, I think she could eat it everyday. They have great food, awesome friendly service and the restaurant is clean. Love this place.

We got chicken tenders with 2 sides ! They were good! Price was reasonable that doesn’t happen often 😂

We have switched from Popeye's to Church's. Every time we have come here the chicken is fresh and hot. The biscuits were crunchy on the outside and melt in your mouth once you get to the middle. They were delicious and not hard as a rock like Popeye's have been lately.

Always good and they brought back shrimp and fish!

I have always loved Church's chicken. I got the 12pc mix crispy with 2 sides, Mac & Cheese & mashed potatoes with gravey. It was all hot and fresh when I had it brought out to me at the drive thru. Stayed hot too till I got home. The Mac & cheese was eewy gooey cheesy, no processed cheese that I could tell. The chicken was crispy and moist and the mashed potatoes w/gravey per my husband was creamy and tasty. The drive thru staff were very nice, even apologized about my having to wait for the fresh batch of chicken to come out of the fryer. All in all, very satisfying and, don't forget their delicious honey biscuits too! They're the other reason I love Church's chicken. 😀

Great chicken, but when the manager isn't there then they try to give you old chicken that has been sitting out too long instead of cooking it fresh. I always go while the manager is on duty.

Absolutely the best location! All fresh food, obvious that the prep cook and batter fryer are following guidelines and cooking the food exactly according to procedure. Drive thru was quick and gave us everything needed to enjoy our fresh food. Everybody was very polite and I am satisfied with my experience!

The chicken is always hot and fresh and it's so clean,.... when you look behind the counter there is no food laying around and the floors are not dirty and they're busy but they take time to make sure everything is clean...

Fast and order has been correct the times I have gone. I gave it 5 stars.

Fresh cooked livers and gizzards were great. Dark meat chicken special also great. Biscuits always wonderful. New version of spicy rice must have had boudin in it. Not sure I liked it too creamy but taste was ok.
