Me today. Not only was she kind, compassionate, and thorough, but she displayed so much empathy in the midst of all that was going on at the pharmacy counter. She has an amazing work ethic and this store is lucky to have her. Thank you so much Rosie.

8/18/23 I so wish I remembered the pharmacists name from last night because she was absolutely wonderful! Despite being busy and being the only staff on she was the sweetest and got everything sorted out with the medication availability. You are truly an angel! Thank you!

I specifically bypassed the closer walgreens on college park, they are rude and no way they would have helped me like she did. Thank you so much!

I have discovered that on top of having an outstanding insurance company…DEVOTED HEALTH…I also have an outstanding Pharmacy…CVS. The assistance/help I received today was not what I normally see. Trent and Caitlyn were more than outstanding for me, this high maintenance customer.

I came in late from out of town and didn’t have two very important scripts. I just needed a two day supply and they came through. This is the third time something happened and I needed their help and they helped me quickly. The woman who helped me was very nice and very helpful. I really, really appreciate it!

Some of these reviews are bad and may have just been ok a bad day. Everyone has those. I came in and got no attitude at all. The pharmacist , I’m pretty sure his name was Jay, was very helpful and quick regardless of the time. My prescription was ready In less than 10 minutes. I love that they are open 24 hours and from now on I don’t mind going an extra mile just to go there. All the staff I encountered were helpful and the store was very clean

The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help us get a prescription filled that we needed immediately and were told by Walgreens it could not be filled they had to order and it would be three more days. It was another cvs pharmacist in Conroe that let us know the prescription was also under another name and that allowed us to call and find a pharmacy that had some in stock. Thank you again !!!!

Melissa in the Pharmacy is my HERO! I have used CVS for years and this past year my kids insurance was causing issues when processing prescriptions. She took the time to adjust the information in their system and fixed the problem. So incredibly grateful for her professionalism and assistance. Such an asset to CVS.

After another CVS had me waiting to take my covid test and failing to mention their system or whatever wasn’t working I chose to reschedule at this CVS and was pleasantly greeted, and instructed patiently on what to do! Little gal that was working the drive thru at approximately 12:30, she was fantastic!

these people at this CVS are extremely helpful, and polite! last time I went to get my refill and took all of about 4 minutes! and this time I found out I had no refills when I called, and instead of just faxing the doc and playing the waiting game, they actually took time to track my doc down to get my refill!! wow!! thank you for all you do CVS!!

Great pharmacy. Always call me by name. Make sure to go on the weekends though the are much less busy, and 3-7 during weekdays is also very busy there.

The pharmacy department was incredibly helpful to me by assisting me with the complexity of filling a prescription from out of state. Great customer service.

Shelly was great at getting my passport photo, I was in and out without any hassle. Awesome.
