Wow. These guys didn't just show up and do a job. They really, actually cared about the work they did and how it affected me, my dog and my house. They had one guy, Jimmy, who kept me informed of everything that was happening and what the timeline looked like. He showed me what ended up being the issue so I would know if something happened again and they made sure I knew how to get a hold of them if I ever had an issue after hours. Beyond happy with how they took care of everything.

Called the city for help with backing up sewer line. From the initial phone call to the "all done" everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. They were here in less than an hour. Thanks to all for your help.

Very upset that the moving of city hall and the public works department to the new location is more important and takes precedent over taking care of the needs of the residents of Silsbee.
