OMG!!!! I just called this store to get help on finding the shoe's my niece wants for here birthday and DESIREE is the best. She was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. She talked to me about a good 5 minutes to help me find what my niece was looking for. If she's not already, this girl needs to be a manager. Thank you Desiree for being so dope!

The customer service is amazing. They didn't have my size in the color I wanted. She went out of her way to see if Journeys might have them and they did. She asked them to hold the shoes for me. I will be going there for all of my Converse purchases

Can't go wrong with a good pair of chucks, this outlet had a decent selection of last seasons shoes, also there is a recycling bin for your old chucks so bring your old ones
