QDOBA Mexican Eats

Food is great! Maybe even better than Chipotle! And it is such a great value! I love that I can get their mini bowl for about $6.50. It's more than enough food especially when paired with chips and dip! Their chips are delicious! And I love that I can get chips and queso for $2 anytime I order on the app. Never had a bad meal from this place. And the staff is nice too! Way better food for way less than most drive thrus!

Giving 5 stars to Armani (hopefully spelled right) I came in and was waiting at the counter while 3 other team members were moving around for various online orders, Armani took charge, made sure someone helped me and then when i mentioned i was also picking out a togo order , she rushed to full fill the order. This is not only a great customer focused person but someone showing leadership under pressure. Look toward this valuable team member when promotion time comes around, people of this quality and drive seldom stay without recognition!

This was our first time visiting QDOBA and it was a great experience! The staff was very kind and helpful. I appreciated the little things like helping me carry my food to the table. The manager made a point to check in on how we were doing and even helped this mama out by offering my son a cookie if he ate his lunch (he asked me permission first! :)). The restaurant was spotless and the food tasted fresh. We will definitely return again and are very grateful Saginaw has a new restaurant.

It's an assisted burrito building restaurant. .. like Subway for Mexican food!
I mean how can you go wrong when you make the decision of what ingredients you want.

The decor is fresh and updated.
The service is great too .. what more could you want ?
We will definitely be back again!

It is a nice alternative to chipotle. Food is delicious, The people working there are fast efficient and friendly.

Jared, Brandon and their team are awesome. We eat there at minimum 2x's a week! Food is great, atmosphere is clean and inviting. They always go the extra mile!

The food is prepared and seasoned well here, the portions are generous and the staff is always in a good mood, very pleasing atmosphere. We eat lunch here once or twice a month, and I have yet to have a negative experience. If you get a bowl, don't plan to eat anything else the rest of the day. It's drowning in protein. Always look forward to eating here.

Delicious. But as with any plsce like this it all depends on who is making your plate. Someone may hive you a full serving while another person wants to hold on to the food. It's absolutely worth trying for the flavor, though. I am from California, so this is still a 6 oit of 10, but if you haven't had this foid in Cali, you may rate it a 8.

Better than Chipotle because the guac and queso are NOT extra on your bowl.

I had never been to a Qdoba before but this experience was amazing. My parents and I had just gotten out of a dentist appointment and were looking around for a place to eat so we decided on this place. I didn't know what I wanted but the staff were really understanding and patient. I ordered a quesadilla with ground beef, cheese and tortilla strips and it was so good. The manager (I'm presuming) was super nice and even gave my parents and I a free bag of chips and queso because it was our first time. Food was delicious and I can't wait to come back and order more from here. My parents and I did wish there were more than 2 dessert options like churros or something else but regardless, it was a perfect lunch. 👍

Delicious food, huge portions, and great prices! I’ve paid a lot more for a lot less would definitely recommend this location to a friend!

What really makes this place better than Chipotle is the queso. I add their queso to all of my salads, bowls, and burritos, and it puts it over the top. Chips and queso is a great side. Everything seems fresh and tastes great.

They do have high chairs, but they're hidden around the corner near the exit.

The only quirk is you have to scan the rewards QR code prior to paying, which has caused me to miss out on some rewards points.

I'm not one to typically write reviews, but I feel like the service I experienced definitely needed to be shared.
Last week, we had a hiccup with our order. Jared didn't hesitate to take the time to reach out to make things right, & went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I'm absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service, & how yummy the food is! We will definitely be back! Thanks again for your amazing hospitality & taking care of us Jared! 😊

We stopped by here just randomly and wow it was so good! Chicken was cooked perfectly. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Staff was nice. Trust them as they fill your bowl, it will look very full by the end of it without having to ask for extra lol. Highly recommend.

The owner and mom where there serving customers. Very friendly. They are similar to Chipolte but don't nickel and dime you for extras. The flavors were great and their Queso was 100 times better then the competition. Highly recommend and thankful that what we were originally planning for lunch was closed due to staffing because it allowed us to give them a try.

They offer order ahead and delivery service along with indoor dining.

I usually don't write reviews but my experience this day was amazing. The staff was so friendly and the food was perfect. She even when above and beyond to walk around and ask if we needed anything more and even gave another guest sauce when she needed it. you usually see that kind of service in fast food so i wanted to say bravo to that woman.
