I only walked in needing a document notarized, but they had it done in 5 minutes for $5. I previously tried my bank and they were rude and turned me away saying they couldn't notarize the copy I had. Recommend for anyone who needs something notarized.

Absolute worst place to do your taxes. My parents did their taxes here last year and the woman Jacqueline made huge mistakes on the taxes (missing and incomplete forms). That is still causing issues 9 months later. We're on the phone every month trying to resolve issue after issue.
At one point my parents were even denied the tax credit for health care. And we were asked to pay over 1,000 dollars for insurance.
The woman got mad every time my Mom came in to get help. When none of this issues would have occurred had she done her job right in the first place.

Don't get your taxes done here. This place is unreliable and god forbid you ask these people to fix the problems they made in the first place.
