We absolutely love Dr. Ranade. I have been taking my oldest son here ever since he was a newborn 7years ago. She also sees my youngest son and listens to all of my concerns. Never rushes, and remembers us each time we come and you can just tell she genuinely cares. I will always recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician! :)

I would give them 100 stars if I could! We see Amy M, PNP and she and her team are such a blessing. We came to her after our first pediatrician at a different clinic wasn’t listening to my concern and Amy was quick to listen to everything I had to say and answer every question I had, even though there were no less than 200 of them. She is always kind, and never lets the stress of another patient or her day impact our visit. Each time we see her, she and her team are very present for our time there. I truly can’t say enough great things about them.

The check in team is also great! So helpful and knowledgeable. Even though they have 1000 things going at once, they each are attentive as they check us in and answer any questions we have.

We’ve been coming here since my son was 3 months old, and we will keep coming here as long as they’ll have us. Seriously, you can’t find a better group of providers and staff!

So since march 11 i've been having trouble with my FMLA intermittent it was supposed to be for a year and they only put a month. Maricela at Clinic has been amazing helping correct the mistake.She kept in contact with me the whole time. Very understanding and didn't dismiss my feelings. It's nice,
to know that their's people looking out for you and your children. She helped me get this taken care of in a timely manner, Because I was on a deadline.I know it's Spring break right now and it's a little chaotic up there. Thank you for everything you do.... I have so much on my plate right now and you just made this day a little bit more bearable. My child is autistic and we always felt safe coming into the clinic. My child can be himself and we've had few episodes up there. They have been so understanding, patient and supportive.

Briana the receptionist was very helpful she answered my questions. There is three receptionist one answering phone calls and the other two dealing with people walking to make appointments or checking in. I will be posting more reviews during my visits with my child.

I’ve never had a problem getting anyone on the phone at this office. Everyone from the doctors to the front desk staff are professional and kind, especially Dr. Varghese.

Doctor Medalie is hands down the best we have ever had! Yes, in only one visit it shows. We came from another place that treated my kids very poorly. Dr. Medalie showed us true passion about listening to our needs, wants and concerns. She speaks to you as if you were venting to your best friend about the concerns you have for your children best interest. I will continue to take my kids here knowing their lives are in good hands.
I did have an issue with the front office partially my fault and theirs however Dr. Medalie fixed that on our first visit. Communication is always the best option.
Facility is clean and kid friendly with games in waiting lobby.

I have had some rough experiences with some of the nurses here, Dr. J has always been amazing. HOWEVER, the last few months his nurse Bianka (I hope I spelled it right) has been amazing! I just hope she knows she is a breath of fresh air for this location. Thank you for all of your help, us parents appreciate you more than you know!!!!

Dr.Varghese is an amazing and caring doctor. First doctor I’ve ever encountered so caring towards their patients.

I love this clinic, I have had no major problems with them since my first baby. The only issue there ever was was with a rude nurse/assistant but she’s no longer there. Receptionists are great, quick and efficient every single time all while being pleasant. Dr. Jaramillo and Ranade are both amazing doctors. All around the staff are wonderful. Both my children are seen here and I highly recommend them. It is very clean, they do follow COVID protocol to the point and I feel my children are very well taken care of. Wait times can be hectic at times but nothing out of the ordinary by my stand point. More often than not it’s not that long of a wait.

I am so impressed with Dr. Jaramillo and this clinic, what an amazing experience! We recently moved to North Richland Hills, and chose him as our 18 month old daughter's pediatrician. We took her in yesterday for her check up and were greeted by efficient front desk staff, our wait time was approximately five minutes. We went to the exam room and the nurse took our daughter's measurements and asked the usual questions. She was efficient, respectful, and thorough and later in the visit after the shots she caught us as we were walking out to give our crying baby a stuffed bunny rabbit. It was awesome. Dr. Jaramillo was the most impressive physician I've encountered, he was kind and gentle, and he spent a good deal of time not only examining our daughter, but speaking with us and addressing our concerns. I am so happy we chose him :)

Our experience in the ED was super, Fast friendly help. Doctors and nurses moved with extreme urgency and made us feel like we were the only patient they had. In the Pre-Op area the nurses and surgeons were extremely understanding of our concerns and took the time to explain everything that was happening, while continuing to provide the care our daughter needed. Once out of surgery and on the floor we continued to receive the best care possible while our daughter recovered.

The doctor we had yesterday (I believe her name was Amy) was amazing and the blonde nurse was so great to my special needs son. This was our first visit and we will definitely be returning.

Dr Vida Amin. I like her alot. But she only works 2 days a week n my child is having chronic tummy trouble Dr Amin is easy to talk w n relate w n very kind to my child

so im pretty organized on appts tests
Keep a log of what she eats n what may bother her tummy
N duration of tummy pain n headaches
Its best to keep a log of these things n have any Questions or concerns written down b4 your appt
Great Drs are often pretty busy
They see alot of patients
Last week i took my g daughter n they said her medicaid was not active n
The vist was $150 dollars
Then her 3# prescriptions cost $153.00 dollars
I was not expecting the visit to cost that
I added that so any one wld know

So far so good

That appt is march 19th 2018
So expect waiting time s for those appts

Some things like labs n MRI ect can be done at cooks north east
They are great
At Pediatricians office
My only issue is slowness on getting test results from allergy testing, Glucose test,
& MRI results?
i always have to call 2x
They have a patient portal
But i still have not learned to access it

Been going here since my son was born. We have always had a good experience whether for routine check-ups or other concerns. The staff has always been nice, helpful and professional.

Dr. Sandy Varghese is a good doctor. She has been my kids doctor since they were babies and she does a wonderful job and she is very caring and understanding.

Becoming a Foster Parent has its ups and downs; Dr. Ranade and her staff have definitely made my task much easier. Although I had to change my PCP, they guided me every step of the way and we were seen the same day with no hesitation. Thank you Dr. Ranade and Staff for a job well done and for making Foster Parenting much easier!

We love our sons Dr. He is very sweet and kind. There was only once we waited long. The staff is very wonderful too!!

Dr.Jaramillo is simply the kindest most empathetic doctor my son and i have dealt with.
