BLT is TO. DIE. FOR! There is so much well cooked bacon it literally spills onto the plate. Every single time, I tell myself I'm going to have the chicken fried steak everyone raves about. But, every single time, my mouth opens and says "BLT!" 😉 Oh....and fresh cut fries.....yuuuummmmm!
Update. The above was a year ago but I forgot to hit the post button. 🤷‍♀ We were in Benbrook again yesterday and stopped in. FINALLY I tried the CFS. It's everything everyone raves about! Again, the fresh cut fries are phenomenal!

Great place for great food, we had catfish dinner and it was fantastic, went during the week after work was not to busy very cool laid back place will be back soon

Great home style comfort food. CFS is great and their fried catfish and shrimp matches any local seafood. Very good burgers including outstanding specialty burgers. Something for everyone. This family owned business provides a true friendly atmosphere. The open kitchen lets you see how the food is made! Overall, a great value and a great meal!! Dine in or take out.

We primarily order (call ahead) take out and it's always ready on time. Good home cooked food!

Favorites: chicken fried steak, cheeseburger and chicken tenders.

Let me say if you are ever in bend brook tx please stop by this place the food is wonderful comes out nice and hot had the chicken fried steak mash potatoes and gravy and fried okra toast it was so good the owner came over and talked to us about 30 minutes or so really nice people thank you so much for your great service and food definitely coming back

I have been going to this Burger shop for 25+years. The names and people have changed, but the tasty menu and immaculate vibes haven't. Stay golden pony boy.

This place is great for good home cooking. Like fried okra, chicken fried steak.. I get the cowboy style chicken fried steak here. It comes with chili, onions and cheese on top. I didn't know what to think when I first saw it on the menu, but I ordered it w mashed potatoes, fried okra.. comes with toast. Definitely a unique meal you will be excited you ordered. Thank me later!

Decided to check this place out after driving by a month ago. Burgers are cheap! $3.95 for a regular burger, $2.10 for homemade fries. A great burger! It's chargrilled so it has an awesome flavor. Can't wait to try the CFS!

Huge portions, tasty comfort food, friendly service on the cheap. Fried chicken and gravy was incredible; sweet potato fries were perfectly done. Great spot for a quick, delicious, artery-clogging meal.

The food is always delicious and the staff and service are great (the prices are very reasonable too)! The aesthetics of the place are pretty outdated, but who cares when the everything else is so good!

One of the best chicken fried steaks I have had. Got the CFS, mashed potatoes and corn. Large portions and all very good. You must try!
