This office is so friendly. I love the staff here. Maria is always so accommodating to my schedule. Zhona always does such a good job, very caring and compassionate. Rochelle is such a pleasant ray of sunshine. Dr Aguirre is super attentive to my wants and needs. Clean and friendly environment.

I just had the best time at the dentist!! They got me in and out during my conference period and were just so pleasant to be around! As a science teacher I loved all the latest technology they had like a 5D scanner that imaged my entire mouth. Dr. Aguirre also talked to me about oral cancer screening and how I can connect it to the electron transport chain with my students!!

Staff is awsome, they treated my wife and I, very professional, very cheerful office. Dr. Aguirre was very patient with me, i would highly recommend this office to a friend. Thank you for your help.

Dr. Rene went out of his way to treat me. I have a lot of damage from chemo and radiation. He knew I had anxiety but he was so calm and most of all confident that he could help finalize the work I need done.

I have a lot of work that has to be done. I started with one dentist and they ran out of nitrogen. I asked Dr Rene if he had time to do the last crown on the right side. They hooked me up to nitrogen, I never felt the shots and prepped the crown. Dr Rene knows my teeth have shifted so I also got the special for invisiline. Could not be more happy with the customer service.

Easy in and out dental work and no pain! Dr. Aguirre has been taking excellent care of my teeth for a few years now. He and his knowledgeable and friendly office staff always make me smile! 😁

I was terrified to go to the dentist, I mean shaking. The staff could see I was upset and I was greeted with words of comfort and encouragement. I was given tissues and hugs. The doctor was kind and reassuring. I know there are many options out there and I am so relieved I chose this place!

Dr Aguirre is a lifesaver! He was the 3rd dentist I saw after a long painful week with no answers. He figured out my issue and fixed me same day. So so thankful to have found him! The staff was incredible as well!

She possess a very professional yet compassionate demeanor and very detail oriented each time she’s providing services. Dr. Aguirre stands apart as well, very knowledgeable, good dexterity, and exudes an overall calming personality while performing highly effective and non painful services. I’ve been coming to this office for over 2 years and can not see myself leaving this incredible group. 👍🏾

They go above and beyond in caring for each individual's unique needs and flexible based on your availability. Im equally pleased my the level of expert service I received from the dentist and assistant and impressed by the strategic and streamlined approach taken to provide optimum service. I’m happy I found this location and this will be my dentist moving forward.

Been going here for about 2 years now and wanted to say Dr. Aguirre has a great calming persona and is extremely precise with his skill. I recently had a cleaning that was virtually painless and very quick but thorough enough for me. He’s replacing a crown for me now, which takes 2 visits, and just had the 1st visit that was quick and painless. Highly recommend this dentist. Dr. Renee Aguirre. The other staff there is great too and I really like everyone that works there.

I was greeted by the Manager Maria who took all my information and as well greeted by Ashley front desk assistant. The D.A. Zhona sat me in room 4 and took exrays and was very careful to do it nice and kindly. Dr. Aguirre did a outstanding job on my filings. I definitely will be coming back and making it my dentist home for all my dental care. Well managed place.

This office is by far the BEST location in the area and are always extremely professional and get me taken care of quickly! Ashley at the front desk is AMAZING and always so friendly with the brightest smile and Zhona is so kind and helpful every time I see her. Very great at her job. My family and I love this office and will continue going back for our dental needs. YOU GUYS ROCK!

I had an amazing visit! Everything was clean and decorated beautifully! The Receptionist checking me in and out, I believe her name was Ashley was so spunky and had a beautiful smile herself. She really made my day right when I walked in! I'll definitely be back soon

I’ve been visiting Dr. Aguirre for about 2 years now and I honestly love visiting his office! The staff is truly amazing and most of all, hospitable. They welcome you in as if they were welcoming you into their home, so warm and genuine.

Dr. Aguirre is such a pleasure, and has such gentle hands! If I was comfortable to make my mum visit him from New Mexico and she as well truly enjoyed her visit…I promise you will too!

I’ve been coming to Ideal Dental for over a month now. At first I was just looking for a place with great reviews, little did I know I would find such great people there too. I absolutely love Dr. Rene, his first priority is his patients and makes sure they’re getting treated in the least invasive way. We all know it’s already pretty scary going to the dentist, but coming to Ideal always feels like a friendly visit. The girls there are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I can’t even start with Zhona she’s sooo sweet and caring. She never lets you feel uncomfortable, and puts you at ease. I love when she’s there to take care of me because I know I am in good hands. And Ashley, at the front, she’s a sweetheart. She will always go the extra mile to fit you in if you need to see the dentist. When you walk in she always has the biggest smile and puts you in a good mood. The whole team is amazing and I AM SO GLAD I started coming. Their care and concern is unmatched. Thank you so much for the awesome service every time! 😊

I drive all the way from Richardson to this Southlake location because everyone here is best I have seen in a long time. It is already hard to make a dental visit. It is much easier when you deal with personnel who make you feel welcome, a dentist who is very knowledgeable, professional, and doesn’t cut corners. He rather be safe than sorry. His assistants are literally the best EVER! I have anxiety and a really bad gag reflex. I’m a hard patient because of it. This place makes me feel at ease. If you are someone who has such a hard time going to the dentist, I would highly recommend Ideal Dental in Southlake. Dr Aguirre is awesome. He is very patient, explains thoroughly and very good at what he does. I get the feeling everyone here likes their job. They all have great attitudes. This has been my experience ever.
