This agency has been like a family to me now. I have been a part of this agency for almost 3 years and have had no complaint. They provide the best customer service and the agent- Imee is very knowledgeable and helpful. She works really hard and manages to fulfill all the requests made by her customers with excellent service. It is a fortune that I get to do business with such a fair agent.

Anytime I need help with my business policy getting it over to my clients. Brian goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taking care of. If you need a business or home insurance definitely go with Nationwide Jason Ridley.

I've been with nation wide I believe 7 year's when I've had to make claims on my car's or house no nonsense we go through the claim process they Right me a check that's that.have a friend that has been with his insurance for 20 years tried to make claim on his deck they told him it had the wrong nails so they wouldn't write him a check you won't have that problem with nation wide

Rates went up 200.00 dollars without a call from my agent. I know they have multiple customers but would have appreciated the heads up. When I cancelled my policy they said I was required to show proof of insurance with my new company. I'm not sure this is state law but kinda of strange because I don't remember doing this in the past. If I have to shop again I'm not sure I would use this agency again. My policy was over 300.00 a month for 2 cars and 3 drivers without road side and rental car even before the 200.00 increase.

This is the worst insurance company. I dnt know somehow one strange driver was added to my accunt. They first made me sign the documents to exclude the driver and again after 3 months they bill me more and added the same driver again. While paying the bill it was straight 370 bucks. When i told the customer service they said to pay the full amount and they will deduct in another bill.What kind of service is this?Very careless. Worst experience..

One star for this Agent cause there ain't no Half Star. Terrible. Don't need to say much, just see other reviews.... so sorry for these guys :(
