I wish I would’ve got the girls name that helped me she has half black and half purple hair and she was so helpful with everything made me feel so comfortable in asking her any question or concern I had. They were having problems with the register and she kept her patience and she was so profesional in trying to solve the problem. She recommended me some products as well that I’m so excited to try the whole experience was super delightful! Thank you!

Everyone there has always been so kind and helpful! Their color consultant (I believe she said?) was amazing and was very patient when answering my questions on how to fix my hair after using box dye and even color matched me for a color I was wanting to do. Plus I love how easy going everyone is in there! They even joke around and sing along to music to pass the time, I don’t know how to put it aside from this place is honestly amazing and so are the lovely people I met when I was there!

Seriously haven't met a sour worker any of the times I've come in. Everyone is extremely helpful and really nice. It's nice to know I can come here and know I won't hate my experience. I do hope they bring in more maroon options though, I didn't have a huge line up to pick from.

They have always been incredibly helpful! I had a Salon turn me orange and yellow and came here desperate. Although they were busy she took the time to help me. Have not had a bad experience here and customer service is AWESOME! Thank you ladies!!

My mom and I stopped in this evening to get her hair color and the two ladies were beyond helpful!! So sweet so attentive and very educated on everything!! I didn’t get their names but they were amazing!

My visit to Sally's Beauty store was amazing the customer service was so great and kind. I was able to go in and get what I needed very quickly. I was capable to get assistance for my hair dye that I have never used before so that was very help full.

I went to another Sally’s and got some quick advice about a blond balayage. After doing some research I had some mixed feelings. I went to this Sally’s and got some great advice from B, an employee, she was super helpful, and not to mention the only employee there at the time. She was super helpful and kind to everyone there (it was busy!) Thanks for the advice, B!

Well I work here and I think I'm pretty awesome, therefore I think the place is pretty awesome. I love my job and think my customer service is great. So come see us at Sallys we love all our customers. 😀

Friendly service. So happy to have them open again. They're currently waiting for their first real shipment post the covid shutdown but are still very helpful and nice.

We came here in desperation with my daughters tangled matts in her hair! Brenda was awesome and helped her get them out! ( and that's a feat bc she's 7) awesomeness!! Love Conroe Sally's!

I always find what I need at Sally's Beauty Supply. And if I can't find it I can always ask one of the employees and they will find it for me and give me advice on different products.

The gals in this store went over and beyond to help me. And they were joyful ladies, very personable.

Fallon, the manager, is very knowledgeable & she trains her staff well. Everyone is very polite here also.
