I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews. I went in a couple of weeks ago for a mask fitting and everyone was so nice. Since I first arrived I was greeted nicely by the girl in the front. The MA or nurse (not sure what she was) who did my mask fitting was super sweet. Don’t be fooled by all these bad reviews. My experience was really good and showed otherwise.

Dr.Brown has been very professional and knowledgeable during my treatment. The staff always has a smile ready. I have felt welcomed and cared for.

I came in here with excruciating pain from and on the job work injury. Dr. Brown was very effective in the treatment that he provided for me and did not delay. His staff was very sensitive to my needs. And the treatment plan that he put me on helped resolve my issue completely within a weeks time. I am very appreciative for Dr. Brown and his team.

Enjoyed the staff everyone was very Nice!! New painted walls nice TV. One of the patients blew up the bath room, thankfully they have the self dispense frebreze, (saved a life).

Loved the professionalism from the young ladies at this location. Went in for a standard physical for a potential job and the process couldn't have been any easier. I was basically out of there in no time. Keep up the good work.

Extremely slow and take forever. Not even that busy. Be ready to spend a couple hours there for a short physical and drug screen.

This place is not a good place. It’s terrible. Was told it would be maybe an hour. I’ve been here nearly 3 hours. The staff isn’t helpful. They’re lazy and don’t do their jobs. Don’t have answers to any questions and they rude as soon as you walk in! I don’t recommend to anyone!!!!!

I typically don’t leave negative reviews but I felt it in my heart that I need to inform and warn people to avoid this place at ALL COST. Front desk ladys were very rude and unprofessional. For one I was not greeted and when I signed in I was just given a look as if “ what do you want” I was the second person on the sign in sheet not too busy about three others waiting in the lobby. Once I gave all the information she needed she instructed me to wait in the waiting area. It quickly began to fill up with patients and NOONE would be called to the back. After waiting for over an hour I finally got up to ask what the hold up was and why I haven’t been called. She responded with “Oh I’m still waiting on your paper work to come through from the employer” The fact that no one bothered to notify me, that I was just basically waiting for nothing. After waiting a total of four long hours for a simple physical I brought it to the attention to Dr. Brown. He rudely replied “ oh I’m sorry it’s been a busy day” let me add I arrived at 8:55 am left a little over 1:15 pm that day!! Such a horrible experience. They claimed to have never received “paper work” from the company that was requesting the physical. I confirmed and talked personally with the administrator that needed the documentation she faxed over for the second time again the lady failed to call me and “claimed she forgot and got busy” after numerous visits I was finally done and over with this place. In high hopes that they send over my documents my employer needs. I simply feel as this lady was bitter and spitefully gave me a hard time. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. I advise you try and use there other location. I came here because the commute was in close proximity, but I am regretful of my visit. This place should be shut down honestly. I would have given NO stars if it was possible.

I bring my mom here and I have to be honest the Doctor and a majority of the staff at this location are absolutely RUDE! They could really work on there professionalism! The parking is terrible because they allow the people going to Zumba behind them to take up all there parking ! I will be so happy when she is done with this place. I honestly only gave them a star because it's the only way I could post this review!

Very unprofessional. Dr. Made a personal comment about my life, kids and scheduling. Very unorganized. I do not recommend. For workers comp please send your employees to Concentra or a different location. The nurses in office are fine.. it's just the Dr.

I agree with the review below, this dr. brown makes things up and lies about needing records, and over reaches tremendously and fabricates the laws. DOT DOESN'T REQUIRE re-certs for illness. and medical doctor releases are enough, he wants their notes. Makes this stuff up as he goes. READ FMCSA laws. DOT physicals good for 2 years. He does not 10- years of records. He even made me take a respirator test- which I passed and it is NOT part of my job description, to delay recertification. he is a company man.

The short hispanic girl with the glasses is very rude and goes over board with her job . The helth profession field is not for her. She Needs to learn inorder to be helping someone palite ness goes along with it once she gets her nasty attitiude under way she might go further in life than just testing urine. I would not recommend my dog to recieve treatment gor this facility.

The lady that greeted us was rude and didn’t even look up at us when she was talking. I mean eye contact is very important. Another thing..Wow this place takes hours. My Doctor visits don’t even take this long.

The doctor is extremely rude and lies about needing information per federal guidelines, which violate hippa rights. This office needs to be re-taught everything again if this is how they're going to operate.

The staff here are horrible! Very rude and unprofessional. The lady snatched the clipboard from my hands. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t bring my dog here!

Came in with back pain the only doctor in the place said to take ibuprophen and go home. Even after I explained I had already tried that, hence being at the doctor.

Staff is very unprofessional and the office in general is falling apart.
