DFW Smiles is the best dentist practice in town. I have been going to them since I was a kid (back when they were in Irving). From the front desk people to the hygenists to the dentists, they are some of the most caring personable staff I have ever come across. I couldn't imagine anyone else taking care of my families teeth. They are great with kids of all ages.

I love everyone in this dental office. They are all very warm and friendly as well as professional. Dr. Brown is not overzealous in recommending procedures when he can keep an eye on possible issues. I appreciate that approach very much. I met Dr. West today and she was also wonderful! I would highly recommend this dental practice!

My visit today with Karen Terry was very pleasant. She always does a good job cleaning my teeth. I always enjoy visiting with her. At the end, when the dentist came in to check my teeth, I was surprised to see Dr. Parker, my dentist who retired and moved to Austin. He was filling in.

Today I was able to call the office right after they opened to try and get an appointment. I had lost my crown/cap on my molar on a Sunday. Monday I was able to get a 10am appointment with Dr. J. West. Dr. West and asst. Anna were very helpful and efficient. Friendly and professional. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Impressed with the the new Dr's after Dr. Steven Parker retired. Husband has Dr. C. Brown and said the same of his experience.

My experiences in this office are quick, efficient, yet personal! Love love LOVE this practice, the doctors, and my hygienist. The ladies up front are sweet as well. If you want Quality care from a private practice, you’re in the right place. They are all so sweet and SO smart! Go see Dr. West, Brown, or Parker!

I am new to DFW Smiles and was very happy with my first visit. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. They were efficient and respectful of my time, yet explained things clearly. Overall I’m very happy. :D

Great experience as the office staff and Dr. West were friendly and made you feel at home, and a shout out to Kayla, a dental hygienist, who took great care in cleaning my teeth. My gums tissues especially are grateful to Kayla for not being punctured by the dental tools. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff and environment! Great job by the hygienist! And they are still kind enough to accept Delta Dental Insurance which is the worst dental insurance. Most other dentists are dropping Delta because they are horrible to deal with!

The staff at DFW Smiles are wonderful. They remind me of appointments and make it easy to check in. My hygienist Kayla was gentle but thorough. Can't ask for a better dental clinic. 😌

Dr Brown and his staff do a good job of taking care of your teeth and keeping you informed on what the status and conditions are of you teeth.

Nicole is the best hygienist. Also, after my cleaning routine, and to complete the preventive appointment, Dr. Brown did a general examination of my teeth/gums. I highly recommend this provider.
