Ali at the Hulen location helped me find the perfect engagement ring! He went above and beyond to get me various cuts of diamonds for comparison and was very informative about the diamonds and potential customization. He guided me along the way and made sure I knew what my options were so I could get the perfect ring. Very attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and great prices; My experience here was great, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Great store with so many options to choose from. Ask for Zee he is the man and is super helpful. Ask them if you want any costume jewelry and they will work with you on payments. Super great staff will definitely be back

Got my girls engagement ring here and they worked with me on pricing and put 0 pressure on me to make any big decisions. Lots of jewelers are pushy but these people were great to work with. they helped me with understanding the qualities of the ring and the purchasing process was super smooth.
Both Z and Ish worked together to get me exactly what I was looking for and my girl is so happy with her new ring. They didn’t have the size diamond I wanted in the cut I asked so they sourced it for me and custom made the ring…

They custom made my ring to fit the rock I chose and the turn around was only a week or two. They sent me the schematics to ensure I got exactly what I was asking for.

Ali helped us pick out the perfect ring. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. His customer service skills are excellent and he truly cares about what the customer wants.

Ali went above and BEYOND, as well as two other staff members. We have beautiful sets, way below the price I would have paid elsewhere.

Went in today to browse around looking at watches and my wife looking at rings. Just window shopping really. However they had some really good sales and even better staff. Z did an amazing job at showing us around without any pressure whatsoever and explaining the different options showing us anything we asked to see. Went in window shopping and walked out with a wedding set for my wife, a new watch for myself and ordered a ring still to be made for me as well. Marquis jewelers and Z will definitely be our first choice for any future jewelry and watch purchases. If they don't have it let him/them know what you're looking for and they can make it happen.

Let me tell you, the customer service is beyond top tier. Anu was a gem, no pun intended. She helped me in finding the perfect engagement ring for my gf and made the process so seamless and easy. Anu explained everything thoroughly, giving me options on stones, settings, warranty and she even threw in the wedding band for a really great price. Not only her but everyone in the store was friendly and nice. I believe Ish conversed with me while Anu was drawing up paperwork. I highly highly recommend you come here for your engagement purchases. Crazy part is I just randomly went in here one day without looking at reviews and now I’m a lifelong customer.
