Purchased in stock goods over the phone. The impression set by the rep was that it would put my name on the inventory by providing payment over the phone due to the limited supply. Went to pick up and they sold the inventory to someone else, the rep had the attitude of you snooze you lose. Disregard my time wasted, my customer is the one who really suffers here. As a supplier I rely on you to find solutions, not create problems.

They had the trim I needed to match that no one else seems to carry! The associate at will call recognized the profile immediately and the price was better than expected! They were quick to pull the inventory and even had a red flag for the overhang. A+ experience!

I drove all the way to Coppell to find the base board I was looking for. Michael was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He also provided me with a free sample which helped me so much in my search and provided me guidance for the right size trim. Very thankful for his help.

GREAT selection, and friendly staff in Will Call. I am very glad we checked them out before buying boring stock choices from a big box retailer. I will definitely be back!
