So many trails and things to see. It was 100 but with the tree cover, we were out of the sun and in some areas because it was a little windy, we got a nice breeze. Still an hour hike and we didn't get to see every path. Great place to walk your dog.

First time at this park ( 5/27/2023). It was quiet, shady and not crowded. Was pleasantly surprised to see wildflowers blooming and many different species of butterflies. The trail wasn’t as long as we would like it to be but it was still decent. It also has a good walking path filled with mulch and a little stream. We were glad that we checked this place out.

Good walking trails, no bikes or carts allowed . Enjoy short walks. Pleasant and peaceful always

This is a great place to walk dogs when it's otherwise too hot because of the shade the trees provide to the trail. Most of the other dog owners are also great. We have only had positive experiences here. Everyone does a good job training their dogs and keeping everyone safe and happy.

Well maintained, clean bathrooms, beautifully marked trails. Straw was put down on areas that got muddy after a rain. Trails are marked. It’s a very peaceful place, especially on chilly days when not many people go out. I love that there are benches throughout the park and on the trails. If you’ve never been, I recommend taking a photo of the trail map before heading in, in case you get turned around.

Great to have this park. It is not huge, but it is one of the bigger parks in the area. Trails are well marked and kept in good shape. No real views to speak of but the positive here is that 90%+ of the trails are shaded, so you can go in the middle of summer and not get scorched.

Perfect for just getting in some leisurely outdoor exercise. Trail is what I would call easy. Trails are all covered in wood chips and no notable elevation changes. The areas where there is slight elevation have stairs. Even the parking is easy. This is attached to little league and soccer fields so there is parking for literally hundreds of cars. Lots of benches randomly set throughout the trails.

Yes, this is in the DFW landing flight path so there will constantly be planes flying over. And you probably never are more than a couple hundred yards from civilization, but still it’s nice to have this around.

Winter shots. Fascination with bark. 🌳 Graffiti ☹

One of my favorite places to visit. The trails are nice and I enjoy walking them in the evenings. The paths are we labeled and there is no fear of getting lost. It is also well within the city limits, which makes it very convenient.

This is a great natural spot for photography, hiking, bird-watching, and learning about the natural word with your kids. My only reservation is the large amounts of litter strewn carelessly along the trails. We picked up handfuls but made little difference. This would be a great spot for a Boy Scout group or volunteer group to clean up. Otherwise we loved it!

Good trails. If you want yo spend few hours in nature a perfect place to be. Multiple trails and tracks wide open fields and practice ground. Very close to DFW airport off 635.
Must visit observation deck, open classroom and natural trails.

Really fun park! Easy to get to right off the main road down behind Amazon warehouses. It offers solitude and well maintained trail. Good, peaceful area for outdoor walks and photography. Busy on weekends with all the sports fields.

A great park to go for a walk or run and enjoy the nature. Gives tiny forest feels.

Coppell Nature Park is a beautiful little area full of interesting little pathways and streams. This is a lovely place to visit.

One of the things that I most adored about this location was that it had a cute stepping stone pathway across one of its streams. Another thing that I loved was that one of the roots to one of the trees sat directly in the middle of stone stairs that had been placed, as if it had been placed as a stair, too.

The bird observation was completely abandoned while I was there, I think that was mainly because of the time of year that I went but it could have been because of my dogs. I was very excited to see it, I had never visited a park with a bird observation before and I think it's one of the most interesting things that I've seen, regardless of it being so empty.

I didn't see anyone here when I first arrived, only as I was leaving. It was very quiet and empty, I had my dogs with me and at one point they got a bit spooked by something but I never saw anything. I noticed while taking pictures that my phone lost service a couple of times and I think that's something to potentially keep in mind if you're taking this trail.

Overall, I had a great time here. I always wanted to visit this park again but it was a little of a drive and I never made it back over that way.

This is one of my favorite parks in the Coppell area. The trails are not paved so it wouldn't be ideal for those with mobility problems. Even though you're still in the metro, it feels like you've escaped into the woods!!

Very clean, and peaceful. I went around 1pm on a weekday, and only saw 4 people walking. I wish the bird feeders were filled, I would've love to see the birds.

Beautiful park with paved and wood chipped paths. Areas to cross water, do some light hiking abs relaxing benches throughput the park. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!!

Lots of batting cages set up. Every netting looked to be intact. Family friendly. 💜

This is an amazing place for walk, children or dog. Birdwatching, education about trees, etc. Half a day can be spent here easily, next to playfields or education center. You will feel like in woods, forget the town is around you. Trails are easy. Take water with you. Trails are mostly OK for stroller too (with like two or three small climbs/stairs). Some minor geocaching too. Highly recommend to visit.

Beautiful place. Lot of airplane noise but birds seem to ignore so I did too. Calm relaxing, well done, Coppel
