I came to this location after closing time today not realizing it was already 6:15pm and I was in need of chocolate dip strawberry box to take to my wife for a surprise. As I was getting into my car a woman came to the door and asked if I needed anything. I apologized and let her know I didn’t realize the time and I would come back another time when they were open. To my shock she said “ don’t be silly you are here now how can I help?” She was able to put together a beautiful gift with chocolate strawberries, flowers and balloons!!! It was perfect!! Thank you Lindsay I will be back!!!

Edible arrangements on Overton ridge was so nice my order went to another store and probably wouldn't have gotten it for a few days and they hooked me up was so nice thank yall.

The owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure my last minute order was delivered. And it was delicious! Thank you so much!!

I had an unfortunate issue with one of the delivery drivers. I called the store and the manager for both the 7th & Overton locations called me back within a few minutes. She listened to what I had to say and displayed concern with her team's image. Even my wife listening in on the conversation said that she showed a high degree of empathy. I didn't get anything for free nor do I know what the outcome of her managerial decision was. Like I said, there was an unfortunate interaction with a single employee and just by expressing my concerns with the manager, her demeanor told me that it would be handled... Maybe I don't deal with managers much, maybe that is a common trait, I was just impressed with her empathy & overall concern over the situation.

Was sent a large arrangement for Easter. Upon delivery I noticed the inside of the bag was very wet. I immediately opened it to take it apart to preserve the fruit, however the cantaloupe and honey dew was extremely slimy and I tasted it to make sure but was already bad. The dipped strawberries were fine so we saved a few and tossed the entire bucket. I called and the person who answered the phone was very apologetic, said they didn't know what happed as the arrangements go straight into the fridge. She indicated they did not give refunds but would send another one out that day. I received the new basket about 4hrs later and it was wonderful and delicious! So if you get a bad order just call them as the customer service was excellent and obviously it seems something happened unexpected with the 1st delivery.

My arrangements and party boards are always put together so well. We will definitely be coming back to place future orders.

It was my first time ordering from edible arrangements. I put in the order last night for today. I can’t tell you how surprised she was when she got the gift. It made her day and I’m so impressed with how efficient and quick they were able to have it delivered to her. She loved the fresh fruit and chocolate and was able to share it with her family. Thank you guys for the great service and product!

We ordered on-line a delivery for an office baby shower during lunch. When I called for status around 11:25, I was told that deliveries were not guaranteed a certain time and our special instruction for designated time was missing on our order; otherwise, she would have called us to let us know. Company immediately sent over our gift basket just in time for the shower. The fruit was fresh and delicious. It was wrapped nicely with balloons. Great customer service. I will order from them again.

I had the best experience ever! Even though I ordered pick up, they texted me to let me know the location of puck up had change, it was a little far for me and they change it to delivery without hesitation, my order was delivered by Karina, by the way thanks for finding my home, lol, everything was perfect will order again.

Your delivery driver Shaq, Overton Ridge location, IS simply AMAZING! Not only did he deliver with EXCELLENT service but I can tell he enjoys what he does. Store 555 on Hulen St in FW delivered (FREE), fresh fruit basket. My family is still eating from it. Thank you for great products and customer service.😁
