Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas DFW Airport South

The rooms are a bit outdated and one of our rooms had bad plumbing in the shower. (We were kindly switched rooms!)

I don’t feel gross walking around the room barefoot. Showers are clean, always clean sheets. Breakfast is always really good! The whole place is just a good energy. Lots of food places near by! And mostly, EVERYONE on the staff is really really great! We haven’t met someone less than great yet! This is our third time here and really enjoy the customer service, breakfast and the pool /hot tub! The pool is kind of cold, but if you jump in, it’s not sooo bad lol

Stayed for only one night but hotel is very nice. King suite large and has a separating door in between bedroom and living room area. The best party was the complimentary breakfast. They had eggs (however you like), potatoes, bacon, BISCUITS AND GRAVY YUM, pancakes, fruit, etc. recommend this place when coming through Dallas.

Excellent location with exceptional service with a very "welcoming" front desk staff. Allen Sterling (Front Desk Manager) went out of his way for me and I highly recommend utilizing this property for airport parking. No detail is left out and a very timely ride to the DFW terminal.

Nice hotel, represents the Embassy brand well for my 3 night stay, and so convenient to airport. Room was terrific as expected. Food and Beverage top notch, the Urban Craft restaurant was great all around. Front staff was nice and professional. No hot water the morning of my departure and Robert at the front desk was a true professional in the way he addressed it. Staff just seems to really like working there. This is my new go to place when staying in Dallas every other month.

Overall 5 stars. The room itself would be 4 stars as it had a couple of minor issues but overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The decor is pretty with the ornate door handles, and fixtures, etc. also, the atrium is pretty as well.

They also have a shuttle that goes to the airport, as well as flight safety. The staff was very professional and helpful, and they had free breakfast as well.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Never had a bad time here even though a couple of times it turned into a party club on the weekend nights. Staff has always been prompt and understanding of my odd schedule. Sometimes there are tons of conventions and others it’s a ghost town. Breakfast is the tops. The steaks and prime are passable. The managers mingle from 5 to 6:30 daily is a good people watch. Less than 10 minutes from any gate at DFW. Just take the straight through to get to grapevine. What’s not to like?

She's the old Embassy Suites I love so much. The creek in the lobby and huge atrium. The managers reception had booze but the bartender started writing down room numbers later, not sure why...i kept my tips hefty. The snaks at the reception were pretty lame, no where near the quality of say Drury Inn reception. I thought the restaurant had a balanced menu and the people running it worked hard. The hotel is walking distance to a convenient store and a Whataburger. The shuttle driver at 4am in the morning was so friendly and helpful... he lifted all our heavy luggage and mobility scooter. This hotel is a very very short distance to the departure curb. Great Stay at Embassy Suites DFW South!

My flight delayed and need to stay one night near airport. I stayed on fourth floor. The room is clean. The breakfast is really nice.
If you need to take shuttle from airport to this hotel, make sure you take the right shuttle. There are two Embassy suite on both north and south of the airport. I took the wrong shuttle and neesd to Uber mysoback to south.

I was only able to stay in Dallas for one night but I am glad I chose this hotel! During check in and check out front desk staff provided me with all of the information I needed and customer service was top notch! They had a complimentary evening bar as well providing you with two drinks and veggies, fruit, dips, and some other snacks. The complimentary morning breakfast was DELICIOUS and more than I expected! The bartender at night and cook at breakfast also had great customer service and super welcoming. I also got room service at night which was delicious and inexpensive! My only regret is that I didn’t bring a swimsuit because the pool was gorgeous and empty!

Good example, even if a bit dated, of an Embassy Suites Hotel. They are conveniently close to DFW and have an all suite room set-up. Rooms were comfortable and clean, although it may need a refresh in a few years. Very open and airy feeling in the atrium area. Good cooked breakfast, even when I had a bit of a language barrier with the grill cook. They have an airport shuttle that came for me at 1:00 am, so kudos there. Will stay again if in the DFW area.

The hotel is really well located. Service is phenomenal! Unfortunately this place needs a makeover. The rooms are extremely outdated. They remind me of old hotel rooms in México City, they even smell the same lol. Obviously I expect more being kn the US. Would I stay here again? Yes! Even tho the rooms are dated, they are clean. The resturant has great food and service is excellent. They have shuttles to the airport too.

Fresh pizza in an actual brick wall oven made to order. And had a great time in the Urban Craft lounge. Will be back again foe sure.

Location was right near the airport and they have a free shuttle with friendly service. The staff was clearly there to make sure we all had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. The service was wonderful. The room was comfortable and pretty big, but could have used a bit more of a detailed cleaning as there were spots on the walls and the bathroom shower had a piece of some kind of paper stuck to the wall. Overall, however, it was a great stay and experience.

Great property. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast didn't disappoint either!

Elena the front desk she accommodate us great. Thanks for the Good restaurant recommendations she’s very active to message us, checking on us if everything was okay. Overall I like the service and we enjoy our stays.

We had a wonderful time staying during a home remodel. My kids LOVED the indoor pool. I would ask for better pool towels though. The managers cocktail hour was a nice surprise and held us over during our time swimming until we got back upstairs to order room service. The food was delicious and delivered promptly. Breakfast was included and it was more than I was expecting. We will gladly stay at this Embassy Suites again!

This hotel was everything we needed for our Spring Break trip to Dallas. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfy. The water temperature was perfect. The space in the suite was more than enough for the three of us. I rated the service a 4 because I had to continue requesting towels after housekeeping never brought them. We kept our own room cleaned so we didn't request housekeeping services for that. We sat our trash and dirty towels out and they picked it up. We just got new towels from the ladies while they were cleaning other rooms on the floor. No big fuss. The daily breakfast and manager's reception were amazing.

This was a wonderful choice to stay for a weekend. It was always clean. The staff was always friendly. The gym and pool were well kept and convenient. I enjoyed the breakfasts and happy hour. The reasturant was lively.

Room needs to get updated. Was great the check in with Elena she did very easy our in and guide us in everything she is amazing. Los cuartos necesitan ser renovados, pero nuestra entrada fue muy fácil con Elena guiandonos en todo momento. See you next month.
