Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center

Linda,Doug and Tyler were exceptionally above and beyond great customer service. Not only did they provide customer service but genuine friendly vibes. We were thinking about going to another restaurant to see how other places were nearby, but them and their entire crew made Bonnie & Clyde's worth staying right where we were. This experience has definitely made us want to stay here again next time we're in town. When we first arrived Danielle set the tone of such great energy and it stayed that way throughout the entire stay. Thanks you all.

Rooms were clean, polite front desk, nice conference space, better gym than most (although not super fancy), and really nice indoor pool area. Business conference safe/approved IMO.

Stayed a few nights, clean room. Similar to other conference centers I have been in. Nice accommodations and amenities. Attached coffee shoe, restaurant and bar. If your not planning on use the valet service be prepared to carry your luggage across entrance road. Over great place to stay. Nice and quiet.

Chosed this hotel because of the location. The surroundings are very green with some recreation areas, but it’s still super close enough to the airport and the shuttle is complimentary. Rooms are super nice and large and super clean and quite and it is what you can expect from a Hilton Hotel. My status was honored by Brandon at the reception and if I gonna come back to Dallas I would love stay here again!

Best indoor pool around! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Gym is fantastic. I wish we could just take this hotel with us wherever we traveled!

I have stayed here several times. Have Not been disappointed once. Even when they host large events with people they still have time to help you.Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff and it’s kid friendly . All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Love the indoor pool and kids love seeing the airplanes pass by

I had a great stay at this property. Breakfast was amazing, room was great and the staff were wonderful and very attentive. This property is as good as any Hilton I have stayed at. Highly recommended.

As I’m writing this we are in the hotel restaurant Bonnie & Clydes and having the best time because of Danielle. She has already made our stay the best and this is our first night. Next time we’re in Dallas we will stay here because her excellent customer service and overall great personality. I think this Hotel is lucky to have her representing their brand. This Hotel was awesome! We had a week long company convention there and it did not disappoint! Rooms are fabulous, service is outstanding and the atmosphere was great. Walking around the grounds was also cool. Made you feel like you were not in a city!

Recently stayed at Hilton DFW Lakes executive. You can tell the staff take pride in their hotel because the room was spotless, room-service was pleasant and at night it was pretty quiet. I used the fitness center and it was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great over all experience. We stayed the weekend for polar express and ice. It is the Perfect location for all the fun Christmas experiences around grapevine. We loved that there is a nice indoor heated pool and hot tub. Rooms are a good size for a family of 4.

The room themselves are great, but the soundproofing needs to be a little better for an airport executive hotel. The audio visual team was absolutely phenomenal- the presentations we had were crisp and clear, and they checked in on us regularly. The bar and restaurants were excellent. The staff was courteous.

The newly remodeled rooms are excellent. Would certainly recommend the hotel and its staff for business meetings. Very attentive and the facilities were in great shape. The gym is awesome for a hotel.

The cafe shop has other items of note as well like cliff bars and bananas to snack on. It’s well stocked and the coffee is good. The attendant is very quick and can handle several customers at once.

Absolutely beautiful building, great venue for a seminar like the one I attended. The wait staff served us lunch and dinner, they were EXTREMELY attentive and took really good care of us.

My room was excellent and check-in was seamless. It's a very nice hotel with a great restaurant. There's plenty of parking. The hotel is close to DFW Airport.

We really enjoyed the location, room, jacuzzi/ pool area and food. All of the staff were awesome as well! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff at this Hilton were wonderful. The shuttle driver recommended a great Texas BBQ house, checkin was quick and efficient, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Extremely quiet with beautiful grounds but close to the lake, downtown, and right next to Grapevine Millls.

Clean amazing resort! Staff is wonderful and so very helpful. Great walkways in the atrium area. The restaurants have the ability to work with gluten allergies. Little Java coffee location available inside as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Love that it is close to the airport and close enough to other activities! Indoor pool is large! Love this hotel
