I love how everyone is so friendly and I've not had to wait for more than 5 minutes so far. This last time was for labs and the girl who took my blood was amazing. I didn't feel a thing and she didn't leave a bruise on me either. So far I love it.

I felt valued as a patient-I appreciated being treated with patience & having my questions answered with
clarity. EVERYONE in the office met me with cordial, positive, knowledgeable, EXCELLENT customer service. You guys are AMAZING; I look forward to a long & fruitful collaboration as I get my health back on track-

I was seen in a very timely manner, the staff was friendly and professional, the doctor and his assistant took time to listen very attentively. Everyone at the clinic were great.

Overall at Oak Street Health Benbrook I highly recommend this particular team because my health has improved tremendously from a 12 A1C to 6.9. Also, my weight was at 248 lbs and is at 205 lbs now, because I ask Dr. Poku and Donna Austin,NP for help and I was prescribed Mounjaro Injection. It takes a Patient and PCP interacting, communication, to reach a better health. Mr. Howell Downing, Practice Manager shares that believe along with all the team at Oak Street Health Benbrook. Had my first appointment with this office and I can not say enough good things about them. The office staff, nurses, PAs, and manager were all very professional very nice. I had one of the best experiences of going to the doctors office I'veever experienced. Did not have to wait to be seen i was called back at my appointment time the doctor explained everything even my medications waited to see if I had any questions never rushed me. Absolutely will get all my treatment from them highly recommend Oak Street Health.
