I went inside not thinking what I wanted to get, but everything changed when Dannylla offer to help me. She did an amazing job taking her time to help me decide what I wanted. I told her “surprise me” and she did. She read my mind that even myself was so shocked! She is very sweet and very caring about her customers. I can tell she values everyone in that stores and puts her all in everything. Me personally I would make her a manger if I had the chance. She is very extraordinary and someone you can rely when walking in that store. Thank you one again for changing this experience today ! I really felt valued as a customer. Most zumiez don’t have that kind of customer service, but I am glad she was the one to change that opinion.

Had a video shoot at Chisholm Trail Park for my Pop-Rock Artist “Blessings James” …the skater in the 1st photo randomly “focused” his board for the video💚💚. To show our appreciation for his part in the video we are surprising him with this new skateboard🛹💚. Also, the staff at this location had my order ready at said pickup time & their customer service was great!!

The staff right now are top notch.. They all deserve raises.. I went in there to have a complete board made for my friend who passed away earlier this year (a present for his parents) and every staff member was helpful. Last time i was there it was Fastforward lol its been awhile... But the skateboard shops are still just as friendly and i will be back to get a board for my son when he's ready! Peace.

Store and it's employees deserve a 5/5 but Zumiez itself deserves 0! Clothes are ridiculously overpriced! I follow 3 artist on Instagram that they have contracted in the store and let me tell you... zumiez charges at a minimum 10 over the artist! Why would I support zumiez when I can give the artist themselves the money they deserve without being upcharged AND know that they don't have to split the profits with a big company. AGAIN though the STORE and its EMPLOYEES are FANTASTIC the company itself is not!

Bought a board for a friend here. The guys at the skate counter are knowledgeable about their products and take the time to help you pur together a solid board.

Store is sweet man. I use the app. But whenever I’m in the area I like to check the store out. Everyone is always cool and says hi when u come in.

I took my son in to get a shake junt grip. The staff was very helpful and even put the grip on at no charge I definitely go there again.

It was great Aubrey helped me pick out my board and he did a perfect grip job I will be back soon.

My crew loves shopping here. Cool products shirts, caps, hoodies, long boards you name it they have it. Check'em out soon. I highly recommend this place.
