I have only been coming here since June 26, 2023, but feels like a lot longer. In that time, I've lost over 45 lbs. More importantly, for the first time in my life, I feel like I'm in control of my health. I had always seen the sign "The Camp" as I would drive by every day, for years, and wondered about it. One day I finally decided to stop by and see what it was about, best decision! I joined their 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge and lost 24.5 pounds. I was in and out for a few months after the challenge. Some friends decided to do a weight loss challenge for money so I decided to do a modified 6 week challenge and made it 13 weeks. With The Camp's knowledge and training I lost 37 pounds and won the money. This is a great place if you need to lose weight, but most importantly help you establish a healthier lifestyle.

I came to the camp expecting some sales pitch and B.S. however what I got was some insight and truth. Brad was very open, honest, and upfront about the services. The way everything was presented it made the decision easier. I decided to join the 6 weeks for a total of 297.00, Yes people that is a pretty price tag. However the challenge is basically putting your money where your mouth is kind of thing. The money is meant to be an assurance that you will be committed to do what you say your going to. The gym was open and set up nicely. I encourage everyone to come for a consult and JUST see of you might like it. The camp offers a group support component that unique and great.

Just finished their 6 week challenge and lost over 20 pounds. They have friendly staff and a foolproof program, so long as you stick to it. Love the workouts, love the trainers, love everything about this place!

Where do I even begin?! I absolutely love the Camp South Fort Worth. I was introduced to the camp in 2018 when I first moved to Texas. Joining the challenge and becoming a member was the best decision I made for my overall wellness at that time.

Fast forward to 2023 I made a decision to join the 6 week challenge again so that I could get back to being ME! This place is like a family who encourages you to be your best self. "Within these walls your life will change".
The members, challengers and trainers are always smiling and giving you fist bumps and verbal encouragement during your workouts to let you know that your are not alone and you can do it! This is the place where my life changed previously and is the same place where I am regaining "ME" all over again! I encourage anyone who has never come to "The Camp" to do so!!!

Just finished the 6 week challenge and lost 23 lbs. The staff is friendly and approachable. Each trainer has their own style but they are all knowledgeable and willing to help or modify an exercise if necessary. They create a community that makes it easy for anyone to show up, put it the work (if they want to), and see the results. The hardest part is showing up. It’s better than sticking to your same old routine at a regular gym. Here you have a coach telling you what to do every day. They make it easy for you and switch it up. It also serves as motivation that the entire class does the same routine. During the week you are bound to find a time slot that fits your schedule!

This place is amazing!!! My first interactions were with Emily and Deb, they were great!!! I was sold after talking to both of them, they are nice and sweet with great energy but don’t let them fool you they will kick your behind during the workouts!! The seminar with Sandra was extremely informative and in depth, loved that! She will motivate you and provide any adjustments you may need during the 6 weeks. She gave me some great advice on things I could tweak to ensure I was successful losing 5% body fat in six weeks.
I initially was skeptical because I have been active for many years, running 3 miles in the mornings and lifting in the evenings, however last summer my body was no longer responding to the workouts and meal plan. I spent 6 months trying to figure out what I could do differently but was unsuccessful.
I’m beyond grateful I found this amazing group of people, they have helped me achieve in 6 weeks what I had been trying to do for 6 months!!! My clothes fit now and I feel great!
This does work! Follow the meal plan to the T, do the workouts, get enough rest and sleep and bam!

Camp South Fort Worth hard body challenge was incredible! From the initial meeting to sign up for the program to the coaches and front desk staff has been wonderful! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The challenge for me was a success. I’m beyond pleased with my results. The workouts match the diet plan that you are on. I will say the food for the hard body challenge is a lot. It was much more then I was consuming on a regular basis. The first week was the toughest as my body was getting acclimated to the diet and the workouts. After that first week I started lifting heavier by the third week I was able to do push-ups off of my knees and then by the last week I was able to complete the warm-up workouts without having to take a break. The program really works if you stick to the instructions. I highly recommend this program if you are planning a lifestyle change, if you want to lose a little bit of weight before a big event or if you just want to be happier within the body that you’re in. I personally feel better than ever, lighter and mentally clearer. Thank you for all of your support and for allowing me into your fit family during this six weeks!

This is my second six week challenge, I love how much the trainers and staff motivate you to keep pushing to the end. I am very grateful for this experience because it hasn’t only changed my physical but mentally. I now know I am capable of doing so much more for myself than I thought. Today was the culmination of 6 weeks of hard work, diet modification, and dedication. I experienced a loss of 23.1 lbs! Yes, it was hard yet, it is not impossible. The Camp Camp South Fort Worth , Sandra Mazariegos and their amazing coaches and staff are there to guide you and motivate you. Every single one of them will make you feel welcome and part of their awesome fit family in no time. All you have to do is believe and live their moto: FTDI! (Follow The Detailed Instructions 🫡). As a former Marine, I can tell you that my biggest challenge was adjusting to the new meal plan and water intake. Then, all you have to do is show up and put innthe work. If just for 45 to 60 minutes allow yourself to work on yourself and take care of yourself. You deserve it!

Losing weight has always been a struggle especially when you’re over 40. These past weeks have been challenging, yet rewarding as I have hit my 20lb goal! The support that one gets at Camp South Fort Worth by all of the trainers and AFF is exactly what I needed in order to reach this. The workouts are challenging yet they are made to target every part of your body and at your own pace. I have had back and knee surgery and was afraid of getting reinjured. What I didn't realize was that my lazy mentality and cravings for fastfood would be causing the most harm. The meal plans are easy to follow and have allowed me to not only prepare these for myself but also for my family. If you want to lose weight, be motivated and have a support group, definitely check out this camp and start your transformation today. I want to thank Sandra Mazariegos for keeping me focused and motivated and also want to thank my AFF and Coaches...Let's Go!!! Time for Round 2..💪💪

This place and it’s people are amazing!! Heard of The Camp from my brother who completed the 6 weeks challenge a few weeks ago, so I thought “if he can do it, so can I”. Was having a hard time getting back into the swing of things after having my son 10 months ago. I was a huge “I’ll start Monday” person, but the mondays kept coming and going. Until one day I walked into the Camp and Bradley told me to “start TODAY”. Now the Camp has me looking and feeling like myself again! After 6 weeks of eating right and working out with no excuses, I’m down 21.1lb!!! 10/10 people! Very thankful for this place and the staff for getting my life back where I needed it to be!

I can’t believe I waited such a long time to join! Just finished the six week 20 pound challenge with a 21 pound weight loss and I feel like it’s just the beginning. It motivates me to keep going and become stronger and healthier. I gained about 25 pounds during the pandemic and I felt super depressed…I didn’t know how to break the bad habits that caused it. The camp provides you with the knowledge and motivation that you lack. The classes are amazing. Everyone is at different stages and strength levels but you never feel out of place or self conscious (like at other gyms) because the workout is challenging for everyone and the instructors are great. I finally feel happy with myself again and I’m so glad to stay on as a member. It really is an investment in yourself.

I actually kinda found this place by chance, but because of the way I was approached initially I was intrigued. The sales pitch was honest and done respectfully, which I liked. Brad laid out the options for me where I understood them and didn't hard press me. My first visit was around the holidays so I told him that I wasn't going to set myself up for failure trying to stick to a diet plan through the holidays, and he respected that and allowed me to come back in on my own after the holidays were over. I gave him my word I'd come back in and sit down and see what he had to offer, and I did. I joined the 6 week challenge to lose 20 lbs. I was provided with a meal plan and they even gave a Saturday morning class to go over the plan and the supplements that were recommended for success.
I liked the energy in the gym because its not like the normal gyms I'd been to. No muscle heads or mirror junkies making you feel inadequate. The staff are nice, supportive, and knowledgeable. The classes are challenging but are always fun and safe. I've done lots of HIIT training so I was impressed by the workouts. The other members are awesome and are all there to change their lives too. I love the no intimidation feel most of all. The hardest part of the challenge was definitely the diet. But that's the part that is most definitely up to you to do. The workouts are great but the diet is on you. But I stuck to the diet and followed the workout plan and I lost 23lbs and won the challenge. Due to work related details I have to leave the area which sucks because I will miss this place, no doubt. I give it all the stars and all thumbs up. If you are looking for a great place to transform your life then The Camp is where its at!!

To start the trainers are great, they're always enthusiastic and high energy all times throughout the day. They push you to do your best and will keep pushing you if they think you aren't and that's one of the best things. As Ron always says discipline over motivation. Stay disciplined, show up, show out and push yourself whether you feel like it or not. Next the gym itself isn't an amenities type of gym. It's a bare bones get down, get a workout in gym. The equipment they have is great and pretty decent quality. If that's what you're looking for this is the place for you. I will say the supps are a little pricey but on the plus side they usually have them in stock so you don't have to go looking for them. The camp director Brad definitely has your best interest in mind and can always match or exceed the energy put out. The meal plan is probably the hardest part of the program, no sugars, no sweet tea, no ice creams, no desserts and my all time no Chick-fil-A. Going from eating Chick-fil-A almost everyday and sometimes twice a day to none at all for 6 weeks has definitely been a challenge but has been done. Honestly has been a pretty good experience and while my personal goal was to lose 15lbs and I did, the challenge is for 20lbs so I'll update once I found that out. If weight lose and some muscle gain is something you're interested in and can dedicate yourself to it, then this is the gym for you.

Wow where can I start with this gym? I'm not much of a review writer, but for this place it's soooo worth it. I really was in such a stuck place with my health and coming here definitely gave me the push I needed. I gained new skills I didn't even know I could have and when they say AFF awesome Fit Family they mean just that. I've gone to many gyms before but always felt the judgment of not looking the best or doing the right thing but in this atmosphere everyone has the same goal and it made me really feel comfortable even when I didn't know what I was doing there was always a trainer or even a new friend who was once there to help you get it right. They share amazing and delicious meal plans and recipes that make you forget that your on a diet and I'm just so shocked at how confident I am in my body after having my 2nd child! I speak for the moms out there we are important and why not choose yourself by working on you! Thank you camp Fort Worth for helping me and being the beginning of my healthy life journey

Follow the meal plan and give your all for the workouts and the weight will come off. Just lost 20 lbs in six weeks and starting my rollover challenge. I recommend The Camp if you’re willing to put in the work and stay dedicated.
