Scott has been my PCP for over 5 years. I have recommended him to other family and friends. He listens completely and throughly to my needs, wants, and concerns. He and his team are very responsive to my chart and truly care about their profession. Can’t recommend h him and the whole practice enough

Dr. Scott is the best Doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He never rushes you and the first doctor that I feel actually listens. He's absolutely Amazing and I highly recommend him. He even takes the time to find prescriptions that are affordable. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor. Thanks Doctor Scott. So happy to have found him. ☺

Responsive, friendly, knowledable. He helped me coordinate gender affirming care in his office, with other facilities for medical work outside of his specialty, and even for legal documentation changes. I recommend him regularly.

Honestly the best experiance I have had in a medical office every time. Staff is always pleasant and Scott Perry is knowledgeable and listens. I would recommend this physician to anyone I know!

The staff is always VERY rude. I have a condition (fibromyalgia) that causes chronic pain and migraines since I was 11. They treat me as if I’m nothing up there. Very disrespectful. I was treated better at the VA. I will be finding another doctor. While Ms. Patricia is very nice, she is the only one that I have encountered that is.

A couple of years ago before using Scott Perry NP i asked him an important question…”do you have any problems prescribing me testosterone?” His answer was no problem. Just recently, he stopped the subscription when all lab results showed 0.0 PSA. So he reneged on a gentleman’s agreement , and in my books that makes him a liar. When I tried to contact him his office said he was unavailable. Then I receive a certified letter in the mail stating “our physician. Patient relationship has been terminated”. What?

Del Perry does not listen to his patients. During a recent visit, my spouse was grossly misdiagnosed by this quack. My husband specifically explained his symptoms and told this "clinician" he thought this may be a kidney stone/infection. Del said it was a "pulled muscle" without running any tests or lab work. 24 hours later, my spouse is in an ER hooked up to IVs and ready to be admitted to ICU. This person treats his patients like low hanging fruit and assumed we were rubes from the sticks. If you value your health and time, don't go here.

So incredibly dysfunctional and no real knowledge of medical services or processes. I call numerous times throughout the week and leave messages, they never call back. They turn on their automated phone system over 20min early before it's supposed to be scheduled for lunch or close of business - I can see that on holidays or like-event days but not every freaking day, c'mon. Nurses or other staff are constantly providing information that contradicts what the doctor and other staff tell you. Their record keeping and billing is a joke. They bill us and our insurance incorrectly all the time. They fail to be knowledgeable of basic requirements for a child to go to school. They messed up my sons shots twice and making me return multiple times and also doubled up on shots he clearly already had on record! They fail to inform you of issues that occur in-office before your appointment time that would prevent you from getting seen, even the time sensitive appointments are managed poorly. In other words they wait until you arrive to your appointment to tell you they can't see you and have done nothing to help accommodate in any way. Doctor gone? You won't know until it's too late. Once they ran out of vaccines and did not tell me until I arrived. You mean to tell me, you could not call me this morning when you realized you didn't have enough vaccines to accommodate the appointments you had that day, an appointment that had been set for weeks. At least lie to me an tell me there was an issue with the fridge or something out of your control. No your staff is just unprofessional, irresponsible, and uneducated. Appointments are difficult to make too, they don't return calls and have zero sense of urgency. When you get in for critical issues they find some way to mess up then too. They will not take care of you or your family.

I Called to request a refill on my medication and was asked to leave my name and number so that the nurse could return my call. When the nurse returned my call I was made to feel as if I had been scolded for leaving a message. Unprofessional.

Terrible is being sued stay far away.
