Residence Inn by Marriott DFW Airport North/Grapevine

Front desk staff is exceptional. Very informative and friendly. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere in a 5 mile radius. They took me to and from my business location everyday. They went above and beyond when the shuttle was stuck at the airport and ordered an Uber to pick me up. Free breakfast and hotel is in a great spot with lots of attractions and restaurants near by. Rooms were clean and entire hotel smelled very clean.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. The service is outstanding, the food is great and the rooms are big and clean. Will start there again!

Every time I come to Dallas, I stay at this hotel. My room is always pristine, the breakfast is hot and fresh, and the staff is amazing.

Very nice accommodations. The front staff on the evening of 4/13/2024 was exceptional.

The rooms are nice and spacious. I got the bare bones room and it had all the amenities I needed (fridge, microwave, stove, etc). The staff were wonderful and friendly. When i accidently wrapped one of my items in the sheets, the staff quickly found it in the laundry and brought it back. I absolutely will use this hotel as my dallas hotel going forward.

Good location, near basspro shop, grapevine mills malls and lots of places to eat. And 5-10 mins from the airport. Rooms are also roomy and clean.

Stayed here two nights recently and had some of the most professional and friendly service from Yolanda at the front desk. I’m Titanium status and stay at a lot of Marriotts, and I was extremely impressed by the service I received. She is definitely a great asset to this hotel.

Super clean and very friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub as well for the kids. Karen was super helpful and nice attending the breakfast area in the mornings.

Can I just say how amazing Sheran and Joel were at our stay? Last night we stayed at the hotel on an unplanned layover. Sheran did not have the information from our company to complete our reservations. She patiently stayed on the phone with me and the company until we got everything figured out and was super nice. This morning, I asked Joel if somebody could check the eggs for dairy this morning as I natural feed a baby with a milk protein allergy so neither of us can have it or it makes her sick. He went and brought items to show me the personal ingredient lists so that I could feel at ease, which has been difficult with a lot of the places I stay/eat at. Both were awesome and received great compliments from my coworkers too.

Great hotel and staff are so welcoming. The hotel is brand new and the picture really don't fo it justice it is fantastic. The food and selection is of an excellent standard. We stayed foe a week as a base for our texan tour and we will be back

The room was nice and staff was so friendly. I was here for a work trip and the kitchen staff was by far the best I’ve ever had. They were so kind and attentive and the food was amazing. The pool and gym were nice accommodations. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen including dish washing machine and full size refrigerator. The room was nicely decorated and laid out. The bed was very comfortable, we got extra pillows upon request. The breakfast bar is one of the best I've seen, a very nice spread of food and drinks. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend Residence Inn.

We had a great stay. Relaxed, cooked out own supper, slept well, had Plenty of space. Had my adhd 4yr old and she loved the space she had to play. Did have a TV not working and took 2 days to get someone to fix it. Only complaint. Oh.. one more thing... the shampoo smelled really strong and overpowering. I couldn't use it. Eek. It was bad. But overall- great breakfast, friendly staff.

Big room with a great breakfast buffet that starts promptly at 6:30 AM. stayed here for a layover . Shuttle service picked me up from the airport within 20 minutes. Definitely staying here again in the future.

The staff members were so friendly and helpful! My room was comfortable with plenty of space and a view of the sunrise and city skylines. I found the shuttle service so convenient since they picked me up from the airport and even brought me to the downtown winery/shopping areas. Be sure to try the Southern Pot Roast at The Library Bar within the hotel, and say hi to the friendly bartender, Javier.

We spent two nights here . We brought our grandkids to ride the train and go to the Epic Water Park. The rooms were really nice and clean. You have a small kitchen and living room. Plus a nice size bedroom. When I come again, I will stay here again. The price for the room was what got me. It was less than a regular size room in a motel.

This Residence Inn didn't disappoint either. We're loving all of them we've stayed at. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. They have a bar & grill called The Library. We had dinner and drinks there and the food and service were exceptional! We shared the flatbread pizza and the 5 pepper chicken. We were celebrating my birthday weekend so after our dinner they surprised me with a slice of chocolate cheesecake that was to die for! They make all of their cheesecake in house. The chef, kitchen staff and Amanda who tends bar, waits tables and delivers room service, all need to be commended!

Always enjoy my stay here. Professional staff with clean, quiet rooms. Javier is a great lobby bartender, and the food is excellent. I typically go w Cesar Salad, w chicken. The pool is a nice amenity if you have time. Close to so many area attractions.

Stayed here for 3 weeks on business. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was outstanding at all levels. If they had a little time, they would even sit down and chat with you in the lounge. So friendly. Being there for a few weeks, the Sunday and Thursday socials were a welcome break from the job.
