Great, open area for running, frisbee, biking, feeding ducks n squirrels. Always kept mowed and clean. River is high so crossings may be blocked.

Planned to ride long and the trail offered that very well. Plenty of room to maneuver as I saw fit. Nice long trail.

Nice condition for walking around few miles near birds and grass. Bike trail is for slow traffic only due to dogs nearby park.
