I have been very pleased by the compassion and help the folks there have shown me. Esen listens to my needs and works with me on finding the best solution for my pain management. Minimal medicine use for my health is her focus.

This office staff is amazing!! Always friendly and efficient. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well cared for in all areas. Dr Herrera is a doctor who cares about you and your daily living needs. However his physician assistant Fatima Antakli is the best doctor I have ever seen for pain management. She is personable and so knowledgeable about the needs of chronic pain patients. Her kindness and her no judgmental attitude is to be commended. I have seen a number of pain doctors over that last 13yrs since my accident and I have never felt more comfortable talking about my pain and my daily living with any doctor like I do here with her. If your in pain go see this group you won't regret it.

The clinic has gone through various changes after Dr. Birdy. However, I feel like the clinic has great plans and staff to better the future of the patients. Please stop by and meet the new providers, which are great! All of the staff in office at the moment are great and are always very positive and caring. You are always insured a lovely smile at check in and always have a great day at check out. I love the facility and all staff members.

I loved the short walk to the Office!! The receptionist was so friendly, yet professional!! The Clinic was so shiney clean!!! The Doctor was full of information for me, I know exactly what to expect now!!!! I usually go to Bedford Office. The long walk to the Office is painful for me!! Doctor Herrera and his Associats are the very best!!!! So, I will stay with Your Family Medical, because they help my pain problem so much!! But, I will go to Benbrook, because of short walk to Office and same professional Doctors there!!

Dr Herrera and his staff have the most wonderful attitudes. I have nothing but good to say about Our Family Medical in Benbrook. He listen to me while looking me in my eyes which let me know that he don't just hear me he is listening. Glad to meet Dr Herrera and his staff.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! and the ENTIRE STAFF is AMAZING :) Jackie at the front desk is such a Special lady and truly CARES about the patients, Yes Jackie is my Favorite but everyone at this Dr's office is Fab!!! I highly recommend this office for all your medical needs!!!

Staff is rude. Melissa did not care about my health. She is in-compassionate! Why is she in medicine????

Stay away from this practice...it’s not the same as it use to be.

Dr. Adam Parsons is amazing!! He is interested in more than just your pain, we looks at all of your health issues, good and bad. Dr. Parsons really listens to you, not just talking down to you! Well worth the trip!!

Wonderful, loving , friendly and kind establishment. Give them a chance! You will see they are great people, and are giving it there all to make sure everyone is taking care of. No one is perfect but I totally see them doing there best to insure the patients are getting what they need.

The staff and the Dr. are amazing. I was well taken care of and they took their time to hear my concerns. I felt very comfortable here. I would highly recommend!

After a recent sell of the practice, we have been concerned with what the outcome might be. But we are VERY pleased with the knowledge and quality care oozing from thei practice!!!

The office was a lot better before the new company took over. The nurses are great, especially Virgina, Melissa the practitioner goes above and beyond what most would do, and Jackie in the office well, she is so caring and will make sure your doing great. Miss some of the old doctors though.

My girlfriend has gone here since her move to Benbrook about two years ago. It had mostly been fine until recently.

She called about a change in medication, and just wanted to talk to her Dr. before coming in about the change. When she called, she spoke to a nurse. The nurse very rudely explained that the Dr. was too busy with patients all day and did not have time to talk. Which, would have been totally fine if she had just said it respectfully.

My girlfriend has decided she will not be going back there. Customer service is important, especially when it comes to the people responsible for helping you with your health.
