Jody has vast knowledge of all strength and conditioning workouts and circuit training. He also has first hand expierence in drills and exercises that improve your football, baseball and basketball game. He's a genuine next level personal trainer who always puts his clients first.

Been going to Jody’s for years. The people who work there are really friendly and helpful. The gym itself is always immaculately clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a good workout. As for the clientele, it’s a wide variety, with people of all ages and in all stages of fitness, so you never feel intimidated or uncomfortable. Finally, considering how nice Jody’s is, the membership fee is quite reasonable. Love this place!

Jody is the absolute best!!! I am so glad we found him. I don't even know where to begin other than to say he has helped me a ton on many different levels. I am a Volleyball athlete so working on foot work and increasing my vertical and stamina is crucial for me and Jody has helped me improve in all areas. He really listens to what I what to improve in but much more than that encourages and believes I can do it no problem. HE cheers me on and makes me feel like anything is possible to achieve. This is a great establishment with all the bells and whistles, they have a great staff as well. Have referred countless patrons here and will continue to do so.
