Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Coppell Grapevine

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality. Lobby had great vibes with snooker table and in house bar. They had complimentary coffee bar open even at 11pm. They had mini golf and swimming pool with heated jacuzzi. Just too many good things able this place, you will feel safe with your family.

I booked this hotel after being delayed at DFW. When I arrived there were about 30 people in the lobby that were put up by AA. It was a little after midnight and there was one agent and it turns out she was new. I rated the property 5 stars because it wasn't the agent's fault however I wish there was a solution as it took 75 minutes before I was able to get in my room. I was Gold at the time and there was also a Platinum member in line. I feel like these airport hotels should cross train the shuttle drivers at least to help the elite members. We are so easy to check in. It takes agents less than a minute. They need my ID and credit card and half the time they don't need that because my Marriott Visa is on file in my account.

I know that these lower tired Marriott brands don't have an elite desk, obviously but it couldn't hurt to cross train a shuttle driver to help check in at least the elite members.

My recent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites was pleasant. The room was quite clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC was quiet. The only thing that could be improved is the pillow which was a bit uncomfortable for me.
Breakfast included a nice variety of options and the tables were kept clean.

It ticks my family's boxes! The service is friendly. Check-in was a breeze. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. The bathroom is larger than most, and the shower has a door instead of a drafty curtain. The water pressure is very good. Oh, and you can log in to your Netflix account or watch cable. I'm not sure if the TV had Prime or anything else of the sort since we just used Netflix. The rooms seem well insulated and are quiet. The airport is nearby, but we didn't hear any planes or any foot traffic from our room.

Breakfast is good with a nice variety. The breakfast area was packed full when I went down. Despite being busy, the lady working the kitchen saw me holding an empty coffee cup. She told me coffee was almost ready without my asking. She also called me over when she put the fresh pot out!

We had a flight cancellation at DFW and went on a whim to find a nearby hotel. From the first phone call, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to take advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle to and from the hotel which made everything a breeze. We were greeted right away and checked in quickly. Our room was the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in. We were so pleased with everything! It was a stressful situation at the airport and being able to come here made us relax for the night. Breakfast in the morning was also wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel! There are a lot of options in the airport area, but this one is top notch.

Great, newer, clean, perfectly located. I was only here for a 6 hour nap..but it did the trick. Kids at the front desk were very polite.

Neat little hotel right by the freeway and near the mall.
The service and the rooms were probably one of the greatest I have ever seen.
One cool thing about this hotel near Dallas is that it has internet TV where I can watch my favorite show.
Overall, an astounding hotel and clean, updated rooms for a good night sleep.

This is the best stay I’ve ever had at a hotel! Highly impressed and everyone was SO kind and helpful! Very clean, the shower was amazing. I will most certainly be staying here again in the future! The breakfast was DELICIOUS! Nothing but great things to say. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. 😊

Good clean rooms plenty of space and great staff. You can get breakfast here but there's no resterant in the evenings.

Can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They accommodated my family in every way possible after a difficult flight cancellation late at night. Beds were comfortable, rooms felt new, and the breakfast was great.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff is incredible. Andrea, Lincoln, Merna (I think that’s how you spell it) and Raymond! I have to shout out the service they provide. Rooms are clean, and the airport is super close I would stay here again.

Really nice, newer hotel. Good location, but make sure you get a room on the side away from the main road if road noise bothers you. I was bothered by road noise in the evenings. This hotel is not very soundproof so you will hear a lot of sounds. The shower had good water pressure which is getting rare in hotels these days.

Everything was extremely nice from check in to check out ….. my front desk experience was beyond exceptional and she( Carmen) had excellent communication and professional and friendly customer service skills… the breakfast could’ve been a little better but the attendants were so lovely I couldn’t help but continue to go down during my visit especially Azelia she was so kind and helpful and let’s not forget about Ms. Andrea when I say y’all went above and beyond to make me as a guest comfortable I mean just that! If ever I’m in the area again this will be where I’ll be staying a nice clean friendly environment with exceptional customer service…. Thank you Fairfield crew you made my stay so special 💕

Great experience! Andrea at the front desk was so amazing to me when I arrived and has been ever since my stay. The shuttle driver Lincoln has also gone above and beyond.

Went to a teaching conference. The staff was kind. The rooms were clean. They each had refrigerator and microwave! The shuttle service was phenomenal drivers were very kind! Oh and the complimentary breakfast was SOO good!!

Really really nice hotel comma amazing staff they were very attentive and sweet. The van driver was outstanding and he deserves a raise. The rooms are clean really nice they have refrigerators as well, and microwaves. They do offer breakfast in the morning I don't eat pork so I would like to see more options rather than just pork options for meat. The gym was nice kind of small for all the equipment it had, may need to add on or change the location to a bigger space. The pool is clean, they use way too much chlorine as you can smell it throughout the whole first floor but it's at least clean. Very nice staff as I said before and I will return for another visit.

Nice hotel. Morning breakfast free and shuttle free. DFW Airport closest 6.1 miles distance. Businesses and vaccination travelers are happy to stay here.

Shuttle runs 24/7. Front staff actually answer phones. Shuttle drivers are punctual. Breakfast was better than most hotels in this range.
