Our community is beautiful!! The staff and maintenance crew work so hard to keep our property beautiful and it shows!

I don’t think I have ever left my apartment during the early morning or afternoon that I haven’t seen our maintenance Crew out working on something. I have never lived in a community where the landscape people worked so hard….I have even seen them work on Saturday.

The girls in the front office are the best!! They usually have some kind of goodie in the office whether it’s cookies, brownies or another kind of treat. Heck just today there was an ice cream truck in front of our office from 4 to 6 letting the residents have complementary ice cream. You can’t beat our property in my opinion!

Olympus Team Ranch is hands-down the most well-managed & beautifully maintained leasing community I have experienced! It's clear to see the entire staff, from office personnel to the maintenance team, takes pride in our community and goes above and beyond on the daily. Absolutely thrilled to call Olympus Team Ranch my home!

My living experience at Olympus Team Ranch was one of the best I have had. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The residents are peaceful and kind. OTR is conveniently located to anywhere in the DFW area, and it is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apt plans are a good deal for the price, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are many amenities to choose from, and it is a perfect place to call home. I would highly recommend Olympus Team Ranch to anyone that is searching for an apartment home.

What a lovely jewel of a property! Larry and Joe work so hard to keep the property beautiful and running smoothly. They are quick to respond if there is a problem and are to be thanked when everything is working properly. They are friendly, helpful, professional and a wonderful feature of the property! Kudos and atta boys to them!

Nice convenient place with a great staff! I especially want to give a two thumbs up to the maintenance staff for their quick response whenever a problem arises. Recently our AC unit stopped working in the middle of the night. They had the unit up and running by 10:00 AM the next morning. Great work all!

Living at the Olympus apartments for almost 2yrs has been wonderful!
The grounds are well kept, the pool is sparkling and well maintained. Love the pool furniture and amenities. Chick-fil-A at the gate, contest and special day treats are another plus.
The office staff has been SO helpful, especially Megan Watson. We highly recommend the quiet adult like atmosphere. A great place to call home.

I have been living here for 3 or more years, and I love it. I feel safe, the complex is well maintained, office staff are above and beyond friendly and willing to work with you. I've put them through several transfers, (not due to any problem with apartments) and they always accommodate me! Maintenance takes care of things quickly, and they too are willing to help in any way they can. The location is also perfect, being close to plenty of food places, and shopping. I'm not ever leaving!

I just renewed my lease at Olympus Team Ranch for the ninth time, which might tell you everything you need to know about what a great place this is. But I'll tell you more: Outstanding maintenance, fast, efficient service and great office staff, with special praise for assistant manager Megan Watson who is always cheerful, understanding and ready to help when there's a problem or concern of any kind. I've lived in apartments for many years in many places and Olympus Team Ranch is by far the best!

I absolutely love Olympus Team Ranch! I have lived here for 3 years now and I am renewing my lease. Our leasing office ladies are so helpful and welcoming. The maintenance professionals are quick and timely with requests. Our amenities are very well maintained as well. I love living here!

Olympus Team Ranch is an awesome community! Our first point of contact was Megan Watson ,the assistant property manager, who was absolutely amazing! She is always eager to help and answered all of our questions with no hesitation! Very friendly at all times and never makes you feel as if you are a bother ! The entire office staff and maintenance team here are absolutely amazing!

I moved to this apartment in December of last year and the process was smooth and easy. The management team was super helpful and answered any questions I had. Ragan, Megan and Kayla have definitely made it easy to call Olympus Team Ranch home, they are very respectful and proactive. Moving here was one of the best choices I've made.

I have never had a GREAT apartment experience until I moved to Olympus Team Ranch. The front office staff, especially Ms. Megan, has been top notch. She actually answers phone calls, emails, and maintenance requests which are taken care of quickly. I really enjoy living here. The location is great, feels very safe, and the property is very well maintained. The Olympus Team Ranch Property is an outstanding property. the personnel are very helpful, and service requests are handled efficiently. The staff is always ready to answer questions and assist. Megan Watson however, has become our favorite. She is patient and assures we are happy with the resolution . No matter how involved the request may be. Megan remains kind and patient.

Olympus Team Ranch has a practical family friendly floor plan with plenty of space, with a modern touch. I appreciate Kayla showing me around the Team ranch property and the awesome amenities you guys have to offer. I was also pleased with the up front pricing and rates for each unit.

I am thrilled with my decision to move to, Olympus Team Ranch. What a peaceful retreat after a long work day. Staff is professional and friendly, and I'm very thankful for Kirsten and Ragan. The apartments are conveniently located, yet removed from the busyness. It's quiet, clean and gated. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is an abundance of amenities. I couldn't imagine living any where else. I am looking forward to my first Christmas here, and many more to come.

My "home" experience has been wonderful in my 13.5 years I have lived here. I have always felt safe here! Olympus is all about family, as it strives to bring the 'community' together by meeting others in the neighborhood. They always have fun activities to participate in to win prizes. Reagan, Megan and Kirsten go above and beyond striving to improve the living experience with each family they serve! My needs have been met promptly when I have made requests for maintenance issues of any kind or by simply asking for light bulbs to be replaced. Its nice to see they are adding some nice touches to apartments since I have been here! I like that it is a small complex and not busy! It is a great place to call home!

My husband and I moved out of these apartments several months ago and loved living here! The whole staff was amazing! Megan, Kristen and Reagan were very friendly and went above and beyond for our family! The maintenance guys always took care of our request in a timely manner and would wave at us anytime they saw us. We would still be living here if not for buying a house. If we decide to go back to apartment living then this is the first place we are moving to!
