It feels comfortable and private as it’s small and quiet . Room had a kitchenette and a great desk space ! I was very impressed at how clean it was . Newly renovated and it smelled new. Everything was ready on time . Patricia checked me in and she was so sweet and warm. She was multitasking because it was busy , but made you feel like you were the only one there. Will stay here again!

I come to the area several times a year and have been trying to find a place to stay that checks the boxes for me. This will absolutely be my go to. The room was very adequate and comfortable. The breakfast was not disappointing. The location is excellent for business travel. Lots of restaurants to choose from and close to, but not on the highway. The staff is excellent! I left a few items behind and they were sent to me so fast! I really appreciated the effort.

I really enjoyed my stay here, so much so that I will make this my go-to location should I return to the area. The hotel welcome was very friendly, and I loved the welcoming lobby as well. Someone went above and beyond.

This ace is awesome, my friend whos in a wheelchair has the best accommodations and the suites are so nice because you can make a home cooked meal. Sure beats McDonald's every night. Staff is so helpful and maintenance is on the ball with everything that needs to be fixed they're so helpful too. kudos to the maintenance guy.!!!

We stayed here again and it was just as great. Again, very clean and cared for. The room was incredibly comfortable and so quiet. The hotel seemed very full based on the parking lot but we literally never heard anyone else from our room. Really recommend this location.

This was a great hotel. It was extremely clean and well cared for, the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook. We had our dogs with us and they had treats for them when we checked in. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice, and the living room was great as well. Plus everyone who worked here was super nice

For being a 2 star hotel this checks all the boxes for a comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent, but many options are processed items which can sometimes get old when you rather have something fresh. Rooms are refreshed every couple of days and I enjoy that it’s one less thing that I need to do to keep the room clean. By the end of my stay I will have been here for 2 months and it has been a decent stay. Really nothing I can complain about.

What a great place to stay. The staff is amazing. They are all friendly and helpful. It's nice to have a full kitchen being away from home. The rooms are a little tired, yet clean. I definitely recommend staying at TownePlace Suitea in Layton!

Such a great location to stay in! And oh my gosh, the bed.. it was hands down the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping in! Definitely recommend staying here! So many yummy restaurants and fast food around this area, as well as shops to visit!

This place was very clean and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The only negative thing that I could say is that the rooms need updating.

This was the perfect little staycation getaway!! The room had every amenity possible and we made full use of the kitchen, which had every plate, pot, hot pad, and utensil we needed! The staff were all SO nice and helpful. And the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and I actually liked the (COVID-19) rule to reserve the pool because then we got the whole thing to ourselves! We were 100% happy with our stay here and would definitely come back!

This is in a prime location! Right across the street is a Burlington, michaels, Barnes and nobles and a target.. if you walk just a little ways there is the layton hills mall! My room had 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom on the first floor! It was spacious and comfortable with a little kitchen inside! They have a small pool but my boys loved it! We played in it for a few hours! The gym is small but has a treadmill, a weight bench and a few other machines my son lifted weights and loved it! Complimentary water for you so refreshing! They also have towels avalible! Breakfast in the morning was amazing! Not only do they have gluten free options they have almond milk and offer 3 different kinds of yougurt and cater to what kids like with cocoa and chocolate milk! They had these amazing breakfast sandwiches! Its a great start to our day! The staff were all super sweet and friendly and very helpful! If your traveling with family this place is a must! It has everything you need to be comfortable and keep your kids happy!

Our suite was clean, and well arranged. There were plenty of outlets for charging our devices. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the breakfast kitchen staff. It was nothing less than what we have come to expect from the Marriott chain. The only improvement I could suggest would be to add a second waffle maker to relieve the breakfast backup.

Stayed of 4 nights and had a good stay. I like the full kitchen. It had all the utensils, cups, dishes, etc. that I needed. It felt like home.

The free breakfast was nice and the people working there were extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Decent rooms, fair pricing. Nice having a serviceable kitchen in the room. Staff was very accommodating to us extending our stay! Great cleaning staff, very helpful getting us clean linens and supplies. Would recommend for a longer than usual stay!

We just had a short overnight stay, but this hotel was fantastic! We checked in late and the reception staff handled our special requests quickly. They beat us to our room with a crib. And they take clean to another level. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. And we felt very safe parking with a u-haul.

Great staff and hotel was not short on supplies. Room was clean, bags were in the garbage cans, and there was a dirty clothes bag!! Last few hotels I went to b4 this one lacked the supplies/materials that were offered b4 Covid.

Check in with quick and easy the front desk staff was very polite and professional. The room was clean and tidy and smelled good the mattress was okay the decor is a little bit dated. The pool was closed due to cold weather, and the gym was closed due to Covid. Breakfast was a Grab & Go with some nice options. Overall a very nice hotel oh, I would stay here again

My family and I have been staying at TownPlace suites for about a month now, due to our home flooding. It has been nothing but pleasant to say the least. The staff is all so kind and very tentative. It is dog friendly, (to all breeds!) Fairly quiet and very clean in a great and convenient part of Layton. Thank you all for the experience. Will definitely recommend for friends/family coming into town. :)

Great room. They automatically upgraded me and gave me an awesome room. Very clean and awesome staff. The breakfast was a bit lacking, but was sufficient and still worthy of 5 stars. I was pleased with my stay and would stay again.
