Haltom Road Park

This park is a great place to go for a run or walk. It gets busy after 5 pm. I love that the police station is literally right down the street!

Love bringing my Taffy for a nice walk around the park and occasionally chasing a squirrel! Next time mom will wear real shoes so we can go down to the water....lol

Loved the inclusion play area!

Today 8/29/22 the park play area smells very strong of methane from the public restrooms.

Nice trails, green grass and a muddy stream of water. There is a public bathroom on the premise which is a big plus. In the evening this park is quite crowded.

Two playgrounds! Really clean and well kept.
Not enough parking spaces.

Love bringing the kids here to play on the new equipment. It is clean, plenty of space to play and if your feeling adventurous you can go check out the little creek that runs along it.

I was in this Park for the first time on Friday, March 3, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. It was a beautiful, cool, and sunny morning.
It was an eye opener as to how well groomed and inviting the appeal of this smaller Park was to me. The walking trail is 0.5 miles This Park has a lot to offer for family fun and entertainment.
There is a playground for kids, picnic tables, and a small restroom facility. The Park has attractive landscaping that is well maintained.
I don't think pets are allowed here, but you will enjoy coming to commune with Nature. You will want to be attentive to the "Park Rules" that are Posted.
Fossil Creek runs adjacent to the Park. The Park has good parking areas which includes handicapped parking.
The VETERANS MEMORIAL for Haltom City, TX is located here, and it is extraordinarily well designed. It is equivalent to a National Memorial.

Great walking trail paved and nice setup for kids playground

Wonderful park with several playgrounds and walking paths.

Although devoid of any signs of life, This park was very nice and calming.

This place is so nice to go for a walk. There's a soccer team that practices here which is always fun to watch. Plus the paletero always makes and appearance

Great place to have a gathering, we had gson birthday, can see kids while they play while cooking on the grill.

A safe good location for a reflection on mankind. Hope you all enjoy it.

This is a wonderful park! They have made lots of improvements since February 2012! Wonderful commercial size blue coverings for shade over playground equipment & playground equipment is new & child friendly and safe! Lots of picnic tables and trash containers too! Lots of shade and walking/jogging trails too!!!

Haltom Road Park is a great park for a leisurely stroll, picnic with family or friends, or just a place to relax on the grass and soak up some sun. There is a nice play structure under lots of shade and picnic tables nearby to keep an eye on the kids. I love that this park is adjacent to a nice creek; it's a great place to take the dogs and splash around.

This is a very nice and convenient Park located on Haltom Road in Haltom City Texas. The parking lot has several shaded parking areas which makes it very nice when it's very hot. There is a huge walking trail and pets are always welcome. There is also a bathroom at this location and a playground for the kids

Nice, clean, and perfect for walking your dog . Table sitting, lots of shade trees. Entertainment for the kids. I like it.

Nice size park. Has a playground for the kiddos. Public Restrooms that are CLEAN! Also, it is next to Haltom Middle School so there might be many students around when school lets out. Other than that, great area to bring the family. Thank you Haltom City!

We did our annual Easter Sunday meal here. Restrooms are somewhat clean...recommend you take your own sanitizer though .
