EO Wood Roofing

I would recommend E.O.Wood roofing to anyone. We had a small issue with the air conditioner on a very hot day not caused by them, but they had it repaired the same day. We would not be have been able to have that done in such a short time had it not been for Mark. The roof job was done professionally and the clean up was outstanding. Great Job!!

I have been thoroughly impressed with EO Wood from the moment I met their staff. They replaced my roof along with a few other small items like a new gutter and replacing chimney trim. They were always friendly, competent, and never used any pressure sales tactics which is what REALLY impressed me. Alex, Austin, Steve, and Mark were all a pleasure to interact with and their followup customer service has been great.

This company really went above and beyond in helping us with our roof. We knew we had some damage but didn't realize the extent till they inspected the roof and actually showed us pictures of the damage. They worked with us and our insurance to get the entire roof, gutters and a few other things taken care of quickly. Our neighbors loved the transformation and upgraded shingles.

Steve and Mark were great to work with. They answered all my questions, checked in with me throughout the process, and did an awesome job. I definitely recommend EO WOOD Roofing to everyone who needs work done. They are the best!

Beware! This company put a roof on our business 8 months ago. During the installation, one of the installers broke a skylight in our shipping department. The skylight was tarped and we were told that a new replacement skylight had been ordered but it might be a couple of weeks. After the first rain, we noticed four other areas of the roof that were leaking. I called Steve Bradley and was told that he would send contractors out to fix the problem. I have called and emailed Steve several times since then and no contractor has ever even came by to inspect the problem. Eight months later, the skylight is still broken and the leaks in the woof have not been repaired. I have left multiple phone messages and emailed Steve as well as the EO Woods sales department and have not even received a response. Do not use this company!

Steve Bradley is a very dishonest man.
on Friday, august 28th, he and his workers were repairing a roof on Lisa Ln in Pantego, they were parked on either side of the rather narrow street so I looked around and slowed down to a crawl so as to avoid any accidents. When I was passing Steve’s truck, he swung his door open, smashing my passenger mirror clean off and making it unusable. Steve refused to provide insurance information and only gave me his business card. He assured me he would order the part and install it himself. I’m doubtful he has ordered one and he has been stringing me along now for weeks. He clearly knew he was in a position of power as someone who is a lot younger and broke. Don’t trust this man or his company.

THEY STOLE FROM ME! I was an employee for this company for a little over a month. After 2 weeks of work they QUIT PAYING ME. I have been fighting for a month now to receive the money the have neglected to pay me. I have multiple messages from them stating they’d pay me BUT, shortly after those messages they blocked my number. I showed up to the office and spoke with mark ( one of the owners) he told me I would be paid by the end of the week. STILL NOTHING. Little did he know I had recorded our interaction together. I will be contacting the labor board to file a claim about this. I will NEVER refer anyone to this company. Very very very dishonest. If they won’t pay or communicate with their employees, they definitely can’t run a business

Roof leaks and they won't come back. A TV has already been ruined by the leaks and now the wood ceiling is getting stained. The original installation was back in August 2019 so they have ignored me for over SIX MONTHS!
