First of all, why can't I put 100 stars? Infinity stars...
The receptionist was top tier. Bright, cheery, calming and FUNNY.
When I walked in, I walked into a family member's house-- not some cold clinical establishment. There was a burning fire on a TV screen and the reception gal asked me if I need another log for it to let her know 😂.
NOW let's get to Joseph the Dr.
Um.... He's never allowed to die. Or move. Or get sick. He is precious and professional simultaneously. I will protect him always.
I am so immensely terrified of any kind of doctor. As in, I would rather literally die.
But I was so miserable that the Universe forced me to come in. (Long story)...
This man is a doctor yes, but quite possibly also part angel. Definitely otherworldly in the BEST way.
I'm now sitting with clear ears for the first time in none of your business and I feel brand new.
Even though I grabbed his arm one billion times and asked him his star sign randomly he STILL smiled at me and was patient and kind and bubbly.
Forgive the length, I haven't felt this light and airy and CLEAR in.... Maybe since I was 12?

I could go on. In a nutshell, this place is heaven. This is an ear doctor plopped down from the heavens. Amen. 🙏

Amazing friendly service. Cleaned some very waxy ears. Docs bedside manner was most kind. Receptionist lady super happy and helpful too. Just an awesome experience for an uncomfortable procedure.
