After ordering a rug too large, (my mistake), Oriental Rug of Houston promptly sent me a return label free of charge. No one else offers free return shipping that I know of. I was able to get Fedex home-pickup and ordered a second rug that worked very nicely. Both rugs were of the highest quality, hand knotted, and a very good value.

I was “browsing” for a new dining room rug, but absolutely fell in love with one on their website. It made a HUGE difference in how the room looked - and my white chairs. The rug is thick and cushy underfoot. It arrived on time and looks amazing.

The rug was well-priced for a hand-knotted Oushak, packed soundly, arrived right on time, and as perfect in the room as I had hoped. The colors shown on my phone on the website were accurate and the product looked exactly as I was expecting. Knowing that if the rug had been wrong for the room that I could return it was a big selling factor for me.

It came folded not rolled. I was afraid there would be creases but there were none. I wish there had been more sizes. I would have ordered a runner. The rug is lovely. Colors are exactly as depicted. Would appreciate care instructions.
