From the time of making my appointment to the moment of leaving after my dental care, West Family Dentistry was excellent in every way. The staff is friendly and efficient. Filling out online forms was easy. The hygienist Kim was gentle and thoroughly explained everything she was doing. Dr. Davidson was friendly and professional in explaining procedures I need to have done. This was a good experience. I feel comfortable going back again knowing they'll take good care of my teeth.

Amazing staff and very professional. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and is always a pleasant experience. They truly care about your oral health. Dr. West is the best. I highly recommend West Family Dentistry.

I want to thank Lauren. My 6 year old daughter needed a filling and it was so hard to tell her what the doctor was going to do. Lauren was able to demonstrate the experience my daughter would have to endure. She made it very relaxing for my daughter. Also, I didn’t catch the doctors name but amazing job as well!

Dr. West is a wonderful dentist. You can tell she absolutely loves her work and her patients. She immediately identified a tooth that needed a crown and noticed bonding on a front tooth that didn't match. To my amazement, she made the crown in her office and was able to clean out the broken tooth, put on the crown and replace the bonding all in one visit!!! Having just moved to Liberty Hill, I honestly didn't think I would ever be able to find a dentist of the caliber of my previous dentist. Was I ever wrong!

Also, the office staff is so polite and helpful. My dental benefits were running out at the end of the month and they went over and above to fit me in for an appointment.

The hygienist Marissa cleaned my teeth and she was excellent as well!

West is the best. The staff is great. Tech savvy with caring culture. The Hygenists are excellent. Crowns made on prem with care. Saved me time. Front desk is great. Contact reminders on text and they call you as well as pick up the phone.

Our whole family has switched to West Family Dentistry and could not be happier. The entire staff from front office to hygienist and assistants are great! I’ve been treated by Dr. Davidson and our kids have seen Dr. West and had terrific service. My youngest has had major anxiety at our previous dentist, Dr West put her at ease and she no longer dreads a visit to the dentist. Great team at West Family Dentistry.

This was my 1st time going to the dentist since moving here to Texas. Marissa was my hygienist, absolutely fantastic, thorough and professional. Dr. West was excellent as well. It is apparent to me that the dentist and the staff are motivated and excited about your dental care. Highly recommend them!

The entire staff at this office is great, Dr. West is a true artist! I prefer my dentist to be more like a sculptor rather than a bricklayer :)

I’ve gone to West Family Dentistry twice now for cleanings and check up. I love my hygienist, Marissa there. She is always super friendly, kind, and makes me feel at ease. She does great work. I’ve also had a couple of old fillings replaced because the teeth were cracked underneath. The dentist was super sweet and tried not to use cold water since she knew my teeth were cold sensitive. It’s those extra details like that that will keep me going back. I can’t say enough about how kind and considerate they are there, from the front desk to the chair.

I have TERRIBLE teeth naturally (like wisdom teeth with huge cavities before they have broken through the gums), so as a result, I have seen a lot of dentists over the years. Never have I met a team as thorough and compassionate as WFD. I’ve been seen by both Dr. West and Dr. Davidson, and both are compassionate, patient, and friendly every single visit. They keep up with my life events between visits and always make me feel like they genuinely care about my well being. They never advise you to do anything they wouldn’t suggest for their own families, and even when referring out to specialists, they go out of their way, making calls and sending emails on your behalf, to ensure you continue to have the best experience even when not directly in their care. Even the office staff are courteous and prompt with scheduling, billing, and prescriptions, always working you in wherever they can and going above and beyond to answer questions and provide any information you might need. Unless you have an aunt or uncle who is a dentist, you’ll never find more personalized, compassionate, judgement-free, empathetic, and patient-focused care. I cannot recommend WFD enough! I actually look forward to my dental appointments now! If you’re considering switching, do it! I promise, you won’t regret it!

I had a great experience at the dentist today!! YAY!! Everyone was so nice and friendly. My cleaning was great and very thorough. Great recommendations were made AND I left without feeling like I need to drink my meals for the next week. My teeth don't hurt one bit and they feel great!!

I have a dentist phobia. I’m the type who only goes to the dentist (now that I’m an adult) when I have pain. Kim is the dental hygienist. She put me at ease with her open, nonjudgmental personality. She was reassuring and kind, and also provided me with excellent information. Dr West was wonderful! I’ve been to them about 6 years before today, and returned to them because they were so kind back then. They did not disappoint me today! Kind and honest! They went over my X-rays, recommended treatments, and even stated the things that could wait if needed. They are upfront with their billing process. No surprises and no attempts to have me get a lot more work don’t than I need.
They may even be able to cure me of my dentist phobia! 😁

Our family is overwhelmed with gratefulness and thanks for Doctor west and her entire team , I've been on this earth 45 years and for 30 of those years I had horrible looking teeth , and I came to terms with the fact that thats how my life was going to be , then we met doctor west ! I showed my mom and my sister my new crowns done by doctor west and team and they cried they were so happy for me ! You've chaged my life !!!

Love them!! Dr West helped me after I broke my two front teeth from a fainting spell at a water park. As a former hygienist, my teeth being broken was super upsetting and embarrassing. Dr West took the time to fit me in and fixed my teeth perfectly ❤ She really cares about her patients and does excellent work!

I had an awesome experience, the Hygienist explained everything thoroughly to me, and the dentist gave me great suggestions on my procedure. I am glad that i went there, cause most places don't explain everything u need to know in detail, but they actually showed me what they saw in my teeth. I actually felt like we were working together as a team to get my teeth where its supposed to be.

Kim, my Hygienist was awesome... She took good care of me while there... and since I maintained the protocols given to me during my last visit, there has been positive improvements and the cleaning was quick without any issues...

DDs. West and DDS. Davidson are also great!

I and my wife having been going to see Dr West for many years..She's very professional, friendly, and certainly is a 5* dentist..also must mention that all her co-workers and staff are excellent and that Leslie is a 10* assistant that's about as pleasant as one can be.
Dr West also shares her office with Dr Angela Davidson, who is also terrific. AND, it's a great place to have your cleaning and polishing done.
In case you can't tell, dentists are to feared..we love these ladies. We highly recommend West Family Dentistry
