Our whole family has been going here since we moved to Liberty Hill. The staff all around is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They take care of my kids as well. Great experience and glad to have found a local home for our dental needs.

I had a wonderful experience! They were so gentle and explained everything - no surprises. They use the latest technology in the office which makes the experience so much better. They were also GREAT with my kids. Since my youngest son was nervous about his first dentist appointment, they allowed us to take a tour of the office ahead of time. Then when I went for my appointment, my kids came with me so that my son could watch how easy it was. Everyone was so helpful and really gave us a personalized experience. I will definitely be moving the whole family to West Family Dentistry!

My first dental visit was very thorough and gentle. The hygienist let me know what was going to happen every step of the way. She used new technology to clean tartar on my teeth that was quicker and painless. The dentist was also very gentle and answered all my questions. I felt like the team truly cared about the health of my teeth. I even booked my husband for his next exam here.

Dr. West is the best out there! She is a Godly woman who runs her practice with Gods leading hand. I have had a lot of work done by her and she is always kind, caring, understanding, and gentle. She does not judge her patients and does her best to make you feel comfortable through out your treatment. She is always willing to work with her patients. I can not recommend this dentist enough. So glad I found this gem!

I now live in Austin and still make the drive to Liberty Hill because of the family atmosphere. Additionally, Dr. West and Dr. Davidson are both leading dentists when it comes to prevention, planning, and procedures concerning the health of your teeth. I cannot say enough positive things about the team. The front desk, the best team of dental hygienists I’ve ever met, and no high pressure sales. The entire team is dedicated to being the best at what they do, they have all the latest technology, and they have that special something when it comes to chair side manners that you just cannot put into words. You will love it here!

My family and I have been using West Family Dentistry for 4 years and we love them. Our out of pocket expenses on a few things have been cheaper than our previous dentist. Both dentists, assistants and front desk staff are so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

Best dentist in Williamson County! My son was very nervous about having to have his tooth pulled. Dr. West and her amazing staff made it painless and as quick as possible. My son walked out of the office smiling saying "it wasn't bad at all!" I highly recommend Dr. West and her staff.

West Family Dentistry is simply the best. I had an appointment yesterday and was treated by the absolute best professionals in dentistry. Dr. West and her team are incredible. From the state of the art equipment to the thoughtful approach and way they all communicate, this is how all medical practices should be operated!

Very good experience at West Family Dentistry. Got me in quickly and exam and cleaning was done with great skill, communicating what was going on the whole time. Very conscientious about my comfort! The entire staff was friendly and made me very comfortable.

I seen DR. West for a second opinion/quote.

My previous dentist had a treatment plan that involved having 12 fillings done. Just 1year prior, he was "just watching a spot". (This didn't sit right with me.) The cost to have this done was just over $2500!! After seeing reviews where people had their 2nd opinions come out completely different than the original with this dentist... I decided to see Dr. West. (Who came highly recommended from a great number of neighbor's on Nextdoor.)

Scheduling was easy.

The assistant was professional and kind.

Office is clean and has a great atmosphere.

Dr. West was genuinely concerned, and took the time to answer my questions. She is very nice and easy to communicate with.

She did a very thorough exam. She showed me on the X-rays what looked good vs bad. She also showed me with the intra-oral camera what she would be watching and what she thought needed work.

What needed work?? One.. ONE tooth. One filling is all that is needed. Not 12 like my previous dentist stated. And the cost for that? Around $150.

Needless to say, I have a new dentist.

I was eating an apple and a crown came off . I called and they were able to work me in and reset it . I am so grateful and thankful.
Everyone have been so kind and helpful.
They have been my Dentist for over 8 years.

Excellent experience. Very friendly staff and Drs. They worked everything out with my insurance so I didn’t have any problems.

This office is clean and organized. The office manager, Shantel, is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you understand .The staff and Dr. West take their time with you .
