This is the nicest, most professional, friendliest office I've ever visited! I was given a tour of the office on my first trip out and was so impressed with the modern and up-to-date feel of every aspect of that office. If you've been there then you understand when I say that I look forward to my visits! The reception area ALWAYS greets with a welcoming smile and hello, the staff are all very professional, knowledgeable, super friendly, and down-to-earth. And Dr. Reid...he has this way of making you feel like you're long lost family. I truly could not feel happier and more trusting with anyone. Thank you all for creating such a pleasant and endearing experience!

Dr. Reid is by far the best dentist I’ve ever gone to in my life! We just moved back to the Austin area from Washington State and I’ve been in the middle of some dental work I was dreading getting done. One visit here and we have a plan and he made me calm and not so anxious about getting it done. The office staff is also amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. If I could give 100 ⭐ I would! Definitely doesn’t disappoint.

I've had wonderful experiences with this office! Dr Reid and his team are top-notch all around, and the entire experience is designed to help put the patient at ease so they can provide the best care possible. Soothing landscapes on a monitor above the chair and music of your expressed preference (they ask on the new patient forms) playing softly help give you pleasant things to focus on, and polite conversation can be had between tasks. I'll be sad to go now that my insurance is changing. Best of to Dr Reid and the whole team!

The Smile Doc is the absolute best! The people that work there are a joy to be around and the visits are always quick and easy. Their team works hard to make sure the patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Special shout out to Melanie and Dr. Reid for always being a friendly face I look forward to seeing!

I’m a scary cat with dentists, have been my while life until now. My initial appointment was a due to a molar breaking & infection starting. The office staff called in an antibiotic for infection so I had it before my actual appointment the next day. Dr. Reid listened to my past bad experiences and justified my concerns instead of just dismissing them. He lowered my anxiety level so much.

Dr. Reid went over all options to correct my problem and worked out with what I was comfortable with not only work wise but financially. No hidden fees that bite you later. All costs detailed.

The entire staff is so welcoming and supportive you just want to sit down and visit with them forever.

It’s been almost a year since my initial appointment and I had to have a lot of work completed. Today I had my 3rd full cleaning with no gas or anything. I didn’t realize that you could have your teeth cleaned without pain or gums bleeding before this staff. These are professionals who take pride in the care of patients. They do everything possible to make you comfortable and relaxed.

Since day one this dentist office and their team has made me, and my family feel as part of their family. Customer service at the best and professionalism is impeccable! Each staff member is very caring and are very detailed about the dentist care. I'm extremely glad and very happy they are our dental care provider - The Best Team!

My appointment was for teeth cleaning with the Smile Doc, and I was escorted into a private room right on time. I was greeted by the hygienist, Hannah, with a big smile and warm welcome. I was impressed with Hannah's skill level, and she remembered I like to watch surf videos during the cleaning. FYI....I've also asked for reggae music to accompany the surf videos next time, and Hannah took note of it.
At the end of the cleaning, Dr. Reid came in to look over my X-rays and to check my teeth- all clear-phew!
I have one last amalgam filling and had an in-depth discussion with Dr. Reid on its extraction during my next visit.
The Smile Doc operation is efficient, effective, and good value for money; plus, all the folks are fun. Go there!

This is a brand new, modern office. Friendly and competent staff. Dr. Reid is very knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions. He also has terrific bedside manner. Would recommend this dental office to anyone who's looking for a pleasant and comfortable dental experience.

Never have I ever had such a positive wonderful experience at the dentist. Dr. Reid is extremely thorough, kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. Every single member of his staff has been so easy going and made my experience, as well as my husband's, so awesome! They never recommend anything that isn't absolutely necessary and give you options with a complete breakdown of the cost so you know what is going on. I cannot recommend them enough! With or without insurance they are definitely the most affordable dentist I've ever been to!

This dental office is the best around here. They never keep me hanging, always quick to respond.
They even helped me out when the office was technically closed. The vibe is super cheerful, and all the staffs are total pros and nice!

Dr. Reid and his team are warm, generous, calm, accommodating, efficient, intelligent, patient, thorough, gentle, firm, fast, effective and humorous. That sums up compassion-- which we need more of in one-on-one interactions in society. I live approximately 45 minutes away from this practice but researched dentists in the Central Texas area and he stood out. Dr. Reid and everyone in the office are some of the kindest humans I have met in my life. Emergencies with teeth are no joke! They relieved immediate physical pain and also restored my faith in humanity.
