Mimi's Cafe

Mimi’s Cafe is one of the places that always have us leaving full and happy.
This visit has me, my kids (9Years boy and 7years girl) and my brother in law. I honestly thought this would be different because we had a new server and thought he won’t provide us with the the service we are used to, but we were wrong. It was an excellent service.
I had the corned beef hash Benedict which was on point. The yolk was as runny as it could specially that was how I requested it to be, potatoes were flavourful and soft, English muffins crispy. No complaints there. My son ordered the chicken and waffles which he loved and shared with his sister and still was able to have some back with him. My daughter has the kid’s pancakes she also loved specially the way it was presented. And finally, the brother in law ordered the egg white croissant breakfast sandwich with a side of turkey sausage. It looked good and he devoured it all.
We got few thing back for the ones that couldn’t make it here and they were so happy with their choices. 2 muffins and an order of French toast.
This is one of the places that I’d recommend to go for, specifically for breakfast and brunch. The other menus are good but we mostly visit during day time.

A great place to enjoy brunch in a relaxed manner. We ordered quite a variety of items starting from your toast through chicken wings, and every single one of them was great. Nice ambience. Located in the valley area, which has shopping and other dining options.

My family and I ate lunch here today. The food was so delicious my husband and my mom had hibachi salmon it was AMAZING!! I had the chicken pot pie it was so delicious too. Our server was Chris and he was efficient and very helpful. We enjoyed our first experience here today and we'll definitely be back. Hopefully we'll have Chris as our server again he was outstanding!

What a gem!!! We tried to get a table at The original pancake house and it was a madhouse ! Came here , instead, and I’m SO glad we did!!! The atmosphere is so pleasant, waitress was wonderful (she offered different topping suggestions for our breakfast potatoes, etc.) the menu is incredible!!! Lunch and dinner options look delicious and breakfast was tasty! We will definitely be back!!!

I wish I could give a better review. The cooks and food were amazing. However, our service was horrible. The waiter complained to the host everytime he got a new table (only had 6 at most). He didn't refill our drinks, disappeared after he took our order. Took 20-25 min to get and process our check and we had to walk it up to him. I don't remember his name, but we were there around mid-day Sunday. I would have ordered muffins to go, but wasn't going to wait anymore. It was a shame as Mimi's has the nest muffins 😕

We have been here many times. If we plan for having lunch here we try to go before 2pm so that we can have the Benedicts!! We love the Benedicts here. We tried other food as well, they are delicious too. The cream brûlée is my husband’s favorite!

I always love going to Mimi's as it's peaceful and usually fairly quiet for a nice relaxing meal. We went for breakfast this time which I've never done before. The food was good, my partner had a breakfast burrito which was huge and stuffed with goodies. I had an eggs Benedict which was done well, eggs poached perfectly and the English muffin was crispy and buttered generously.
I also Love a good cup of coffee, and they did not disappoint!
Service was good as well. I would definitely go back for breakfast again!

We both had the Florentine Benedict and it was really good and a really nice portion. The potatoes were bland but that's why they have salt at the table. We had a mimosa flight and it was a nice juicy drink alongside the breakfast. I loved the atmosphere here with a traditional setting loaded with french inspired decor. I'm from out of town and would love a place like this near, we would definitely be regulars.

They got us right in on a Sunday for lunch with no wait. The French toast was amazing and the waitstaff were friendly and very attentive. Will for sure be back!

I absolutely love Mimi's Café. This Italian style restaurant is so authentic, the staff are nice, and the minue is reliable and budget friendly.

Today we went for my birthday. My daughter had a blast coloring while we waited and the pocket minurle with crayons and activities was a great idea.

We ordered the salmon egg benidict for me, chicken and waffles for the hubby, and the french toast dippers for the little one. We added a side or two, and ordered a dosen take home muffins as usual.

For starters our waiter hadn't seen us in ages but remember it had been a while. I'm thinking they have a way to look people up and see that you hadn't been there in a while. But it was nice to be welcomed and told it had been a while. We are pretty big tippers so it's easy to remember us 😆 plus we leave local reviews.

But they were short staffed so everyone helped each other and it ran smooth. They were transparent and upfront letting us know what to expect on service flow. The General Manager had his chef coat on and helped and where there was a need.

This place certainly lives up to its reputation and of course we will be back again.

Love big family breakfasts have them all the time here breakfast served all day and I love the atmosphere there’s pictures from the 1800 and authentic and this cafe has been here so long I can’t wait for it to be here for years to come

Friendly, relaxing and pleasant experience. Lots of options on the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The staff was welcoming and the food was delicious. I appreciate the portions and freshness. Definitely will be back!

Food was delicious and staff was friendly. Chip was our waiter, and he did a fantastic job! He was prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu.

Ate here for the very first time this week. Menu was interesting but i played it safe and ordered one of their omelets which wasn't bad at all. Our waitress was not bad either. Attentive but not annoying and she was nice. Which in my opinion is what you want. You don't want a waitress/waiter checking on you every 5 minutes. What really surprised me was the muffin that came with my food. Glad I chose it over regular toast. I have to say it was the best blueberry muffin I have ever had. I was really shocked about how good it was. I was expecting your average dry, room temperature muffin. You know, nothing special. Boy was I wrong. The rest of my breakfast was good and filling but the muffins here are on another level. It made my omelet just feel like a supporting actor in a Keanu Reeves movie. Warm, soft, flavorful and just amazing. The John Wick of Blueberry muffins.

I've been to many bakeries, donut shops and restaurants in my life and this place legit has the best muffins I've ever tasted. The song, "A Whole New World" from the movie Alladin played in my head when eating it haha. I didn't have the pleasure of trying the other flavors but the Blueberry muffin was fantastic. No matter where you live in the area the muffins alone are worth the visit. I will be visiting again soon just for a Blueberry muffin. Mimis's Cafe sets the muffin standard going forward in my life.

The food was absolutely delicious. The servers were so polite and were just so welcoming. Chris was a fantastic waiter and Alex was a fantastic chef.

LOVED this place!! The inside has a cute cottage feel and the food was delicious. I had the croque monsieur with potatoes au gratin and loved every bite! My boyfriend got the chicken parm and said it was the best chicken parm he’s ever had! This is coming from a man who gets chicken parm almost everywhere he goes, so that’s a big compliment lol. Our waitress was very nice, too! We’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time eating there & was pleasantly surprised by the large menu. The food was great & staff was awesome.
