Woodcreek Dental Care

I am 73 and haven't been to the dentist in years however I have a class reunion coming soon and wanted my teeth to look better. The whole place and all the people were great! Dr. Barr is the best dentist I have ever had and along with her assistant Janette did an absolutely wonderful job. Dr. Barr is young, friendly, energetic and explains every detail in a way that made me very comfortable. She is super! For the first time I actually enjoyed a trip to the dentist and I highly recommend Woodcreek Dental.

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

The Dental Hygienist was excellent. She made me feel comfortable before and during my examination and cleaning.

Dr. Barr is super. She makes time to acknowledge patients and make is feel valued.

I was referred to Dr. Griffin years ago by my sister and my first visit was the very first time I walked out a dentist office smiling and couldn't wait until my next appointment. Many years later its still the same. From the front desk to everyone in the office "make" you leave with a smile even when you're in pain......
And to add more goodness to their greatness, Dr. Griffin is very easy on the eyes.! I now rest my case...

I lucked out on finding Dr. Griffin’s office! He and the whole team are kind, competent and caring. During my first visit I felt completely comfortable, and like I’d been a patient for years. A few visits later, I raved to my sister how I didn’t even feel the needle when Dr. Griffin numbed me for a temporary crown. (It was my first time ever getting a numbing shot, so I was nervous.)

I could go on, but let me stop. If it wasn’t clear, I highly recommend them!

I have been a patient Woodcreek Dental for over 20 years. In that time, I have had the same hygienist, Kathy, who does a wonderful job. Prior to her retirement a few years ago, Dr Clapner, was my Dr but now her former partner, Dr. Griffin, takes great care of my teeth. They are now part of a larger group. Not sure if this is a good or bad thing yet. If either of them ever leave I may need to follow them to their new practices. Until that happens they are the reason fir the high marks.

Woodcreek Dental has always been a place of great dental work but more importantly it feels like Family...That puts you at ease when dealing with your dental needs..
Dr. Griffin has the best bedside manner, always.
Office staff is caring and friendly...

The whole staff was incredible!!!!! Very friendly professional atmosphere! Absolutely a very compassionate caring group of staff. Dr. Griffin was an amazing gentle soul. Highly satisfied and greatly recommended!!!!!!

To some, this may seem like an oxymoron but, I love this dental practice! Everyone from receptionist to doctors is so personable, courteous and considerate. Dr. Barr is kind, gentle and attentive. Kathy, my hygienist, was so knowledgeable! She taught me things i never knew about caring for my teeth and gums. I look forward to my next appointment. (Yes, really!)

Today is December the 27th
This place is very professional. You need to try to plan ahead and be there more than a month in advance they're always busy. Therefore that being said it's a good place that's why they're busy..

I had another tooth extraction about..

I love this dental office. There is Michaelangelo, da Vinci & then there is David Griffin; he is a true artist. This office is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and very clean. I was made very comfortable by the dentist (Dr Barr) and her assistant (Janet)… they were very attuned to my anxiety and worked together to keep me calm.
They gave me information before and after the procedure.

My daughter had her first appointment today, from the time I called to schedule to her appointment everyone was so nice and friendly! She was nervous but left feeling relieved and is seeing the orthodontist there on Friday so we can get a game plan going forward! I will be making my whole family appointments! Wonderful office with great staff and docs!

I always have a good appointment... The staff is great, and Dr. Griffin is the reason I go back☺ y'all are a 10 plus plus in my book... yes, I tell everyone that will listen.

My visit was good. The place was clean and spacious, the receptionist and workers had good manners , I felt cared about and heard. The dentist was amazing in the explanation of coverage and procedures. I'd like to keep Woodcreek Dental Care for future dental care. Thank you.

Each time I've gone to Woodcreek Dentist, which has been for many years, I still get the same personalized care. Dr. Griffin is such a nice, caring dentist! The techs and office personnel are extremely friendly and very helpful! Today, Thursday, December 21, 2023, I met John, who politely told me my appointment wasn't until next week. So I told him I thought it was today because my tooth had been hurting so bad....that's why I made the appointment in the first place. He was so nice about checking to see if there was any way possible Dr. Griffin could see me. John could have simply said NO, he cannot see you today, but he didn't do that. He actually, went and told Dr. Griffin what had happened and came back and said Dr. Griffin could see me. John went beyond what was required of him. He did not have to tell Dr. Griffin about my toothache or the mix-up with my appointment. I wasn't supposed to be there until next week, but when toothache is calling someone has to answer. Thank God for Dr. Griffin!

Kathy and Doc were amazing! Kathy is professional, kind and really cares about your overall heath. Doc is quick, efficient and caring as well! A great team!
The only negative is their ridiculous call center. They argue with you, have a very difficult understanding you and all the while had crazy music in the background while talking. Anytime you get the call center, hang up and call back at a less busy time.

Woodcreek Dental is a wonderful place! Everyone is friendly and professional and the dentist’s are great!
I definitely recommend Woodcreek Dental to anyone who wants a great dentist and great experience.
