I emailed with a couple questions and they sent back a super nice email making sure I had all the information. They shipped the part I needed and I had it within a couple days. Absolutely outstanding service and I will definitely be coming to them for anything else I need in the future.

I ordered rear and front Metzeler ME888 tires for my Honda Fury. No horrors described by the 1-star-reviewers, happened to me. Not only the price was lower than at any other store, but I got my order very quickly. Moreover, I texted to follow up on my order at some point and received a response within an hour.
One peculiar thing that I noticed: this store won't show up in search results if an obvious search term is used (such as Metzeler ME888). I only found DCP because I searched a specific part number of the tire, and at that point, I wasn't looking where to buy, but just to confirm certain spec. Sheer luck! Other store lost, DCP's gain.
I absolutely enjoyed my experience with this store. When I need other things for my motorcycle, will definitely look for them at DCP first.

Needed a JIMS tool to complete some engine work, Called all the big on line mail order company's and was told back order from every single one! Buddy of mine said give Direct Cycle a Call, They actually asked if they could place me on hold while they check stock with the manufacture, Came back on the call and assured me it will be sent out today via UPS and i would have it in four days............. Went to my local speed/dyno shop and they gave me DCP as a contact for parts that I needed quickly. I had ZERO issues with the 3 parts that I ordered and they delivered to my porch in a week. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE during my experience. They beat all of the other direct parts prices and I will send anyone their direction.

Ordered a seat Monday afternoon, arrived weds afternoon, 3 states away. Website didnt even have a pic for the seat yet, so i was hesitant. Good stuff will shop from again

I ordered Samson exhaust for my deluxe and I was kinda bummed when I called and they told me that it would 12 to 14 weeks from when I ordered but they definitely redeemed themselves cause I jus received my exhaust today!!!! So jus a little over a month and that’s with two holidays involved and still got them fast!!! Truly pleased with this company!!!! Called and spoke to Steve about an audio system for my Road Glide, he suggested a Rockford Fosgate system, but I would need my radio flashed. I checked around my area, found a shop that could do it. I called back to speak with Steve to order the system, which Marcus answered the phone, told him I like to speak with Steve, since that's who I spoke with before. After being on hold for a short time, Marcus came back on the phone telling me he was sorry for the wait, but Steve was still with a customer, and stated he would try and help me, where I did not have to wait. I got the same great service as I would from Steve, ordered the system, Marcus stated it would probably be about 3 business days before I receive it. I actually received the next afternoon. Great speedy service, and made me feel like some one actually wanted my business, not nearly what I get when I walk in my Local HD shop. They will be getting more of my business.

Always have had an excellent experience. I have bought many parts with no complaints and price matching without question. It's hard to blame a DISTRIBUTOR if there's a delay in parts. They are not making these items. Some people just don't understand. They will tell you if in stock. A+

Wanted some information on some parts so I texted the number and it was a fast response, in the text I got a part number for what i was looking for so it was easy for me to jump on my computer and order it. Once I placed my order (on a Monday) I received my product the next day and I live in Oklahoma city what great service will recommend to anyone!

I bought a set of Bassani Dnt mufflers after talking to Steve and he was very knowledgeable on the mufflers for my 2015 Harley Davidson ultra limited . The first set of mufflers that were sent were in the correct box but two different mufflers I immediately called Steve and he apologized for the problem although it was a factory screw up. He sent me a prepaid shipping label within an hour for me to return the wrong mufflers. He said he would make it right and four days later I had the correct mufflers. I definitely recommend this place best prices too!!!

Knowledgeable help from Frank and Marcus. A good shopping experience upgrading my factory stereo with amp and speakers. If you want it ,they can get it for you.. Had problem getting amp to power up and Frank said run bike over. Yanked outer Fairing and Frank had it jamming in a few minutes. Good people .
