Neighborhood barre Fort Worth

I have been going to Neighborhood barre for a few days now, and I'm hooked! I love the welcoming atmosphere, and the instructors greet you by name. The music is motivating to push through the workouts and each instructor is encouraging. Special shout out to Kaylee she has showed me helpful tips to help with my form and Eden's positive energy is contagious. Another positive, the cleanliness after each class. Definitely recommend for a good workout! 👍

Love this barre studio! The owner Abby is the absolute sweetest and makes a point to get to know you and remember your name. All the instructors are highly trained and will make sure your form is correct during each class to give you the best possible workout. There are constantly super fun events going on and did i mention the cutest workout clothes in the store??

Neighborhood Barre is awesome! I am new to barre and was very nervous to go. Now I’ve done 6 classes and I already see results- especially in my posture and cellulite reduction. Everyone is very welcoming and you can tell the lovely people that teach here make it a point to remember everyone’s name! It is easy on my body but still leaves me feeling sore and accomplished. The positive nonjudgmental environment makes it very easy to relax and get a great workout. Coming here is a treat! I HIGHLY recommend for anyone and everyone to give it a try.

Absolutely love this place! It can be really intimidating going to a new place especially to work out and be vulnerable. Once you walk in the door here, you feel like family. The owner and instructors are so incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the classes are challenging but fun! I can already see a difference in my body and strength. I highly recommend giving it a try!

If you’re looking for an inclusive, judgment free, welcoming space to take a workout class… this is the spot. They will work with you to add modifications if you’re new to a particular movement. Don’t let workout anxiety keep you from this studio. Love it here!

NB Fort Worth was an amazing experience! I have just gotten back into my fitness journey and felt intimidated to going into a barre / yoga studio again after two years. Abby, the owner, helped me so much my first class by creating a non judgmental feel and letting me go my own pace with out calling attention to it. She also helped me find a smaller class to join since larger groups make me a little anxious. 10/10 experience , will be going back and will be purchasing a monthly subscription! Friendly and warm atmosphere, super work out flows and AFFORDABLE pricing. Cant wait to go back!

Went to Neighborhood Barre Fort Worth today for a Mommy and Me yoga class with my 9 month old baby and had such a great time! I don’t typically feel comfortable in class settings and have to really force myself to go, but the vibe here was different. I saw friendly supportive faces the minute I walked in and didn’t feel embarrassed if there something I couldn’t do. I will definitely be back!

I've always thought I was the kind of person that hated exercise. I have finally found what I enjoy! It's not just the exercise but it's the place and the people that make the difference. I now look forward to working out. It's a tough workout but I am getting stronger every day! All the instructors have been great at helping me understand how to do the moves correctly and/or modify them, when needed. There's no shame or judgment for being closer to the beginning of my journey to "get in shape."

I've been out of town and visiting different Barre studios but I can't wait to get back to the Neighborhood Barre FW where I really feel at home!

It’s fantastic here! Neighborhood Barre is an extremely effective and low impact workout that has had the quickest visual (and physical) results! The instructors are knowledgeable and I can’t wait to see where this small business goes. If you have not tired barre, you HAVE to try it here at NB Fort Worth!

This was huge for me! Low impact, highly effective exercises. Recommended for anyone trying to get into working out.

I was a newbie at barre and now I’m addicted! The owner and instructors are so welcoming and really take the time to make it a great environment. I never thought such tiny movements could burn so much. Love being apart of the “Neighborhood”!

Great place for a challenging workout. All the instructors do an amazing job demonstrating the various positions while monitoring the class participants for proper form. I love the classes and the people. 😃
