CVS

I very rarely write reviews, but I have to share my experience tonight at the store. I had a prescription sent to my regular pharmacy and they were out of stock with no knowledge of when they would be restocked. It was an antibiotic for my five year old son. They told me this store had the medication in stock and I could transfer the prescription so I called and spoke with the pharmacist who was so pleasant and immediately got the prescription transferred over. The medication was ready within minutes about a half hour before the pharmacy was closing for the night. The pharmacy tech who helped mix my son’s medication and completed my transaction was also so kind and so pleasant. Despite it being just minutes before the end of their day, everyone was so nice and so helpful and did everything with a smile. The girl at the front register was also so incredibly helpful when I tried to do self check out not realizing that one of the cold medicines would require a birthday entry. She was helping another customer and swiftly came over to help me so she could enter my birthday and help me on my way without having to wait for the other customer who had a lot of questions about some sale items. She was so kind and helpful. Everyone in that store had service with a smile and truly went above and beyond. I know a lot of times they deal with customers complaining but I just had to shout out how wonderful my service was tonight and thank them so much for helping me get my little one feeling better.

I visited the Minute Clinic for a follow up visit. The nurse practitioner, Ms.Hernandez was very thorough and knowledgeable. She went over ways to improve my health issue several times and seemed to genuinely care about what I was experiencing. I found this to be reassuring, especially in a time that it takes close to a month to get an appointment to see a MD. Thank you CVS for opening these clinics. They are literally a life saver!

Was a great place to pick up your meds . Daryl was friendly and i asked him a question, he didn't know so he went out of the way to find the answer for me. Thank you. Great place with quick snacks for on the go people. Little $$$ but if your in a hurry i guess it doesn't matter.

Melissa is such a wonderful person. She made my experience at CVS a wonderful experience. I was greeted warmly upon entering. Melissa helped me with my fragrance purchases. She also was very patient with me in locating my CVS rewards that could be utilized for my purchases. Her customer service is exemplary. I hope that she is in a leadership, learning/development and training role. If not, she needs to be!!!

The pharmacist Sush (I think is how you spell her name) was probably one of the sweetest people i’ve ever met. She was so helpful and kind, and it really really meant a lot to me especially during these trying times. I hope the CVS company recognizes her for her awesome customer service !

Just walked out of CVS and I have to say Johnny at the front counter was extremely knowledgeable very personable and knew where everything was A+ first class service ! Help me with everything from greeting cards to print pictures off the Kodak machine!

Larry is a fantastic gentleman and was very patient with our slow checkout process. He was extremely helpful and made sure we left with the best possible experience. Thank you sir!

Shop and get my dads scripts here. Everyone is cordisl and efficient. Esp love the Pharmacy, theyve never let me down, great people, great store.

Good selection, nice employees. Their makeup selection is bigger than most stores, which is the primary reason I go to CVS. I will return to this store.

Have been here several times, consistly great people and service.
I self pay meds, people here have shown me how to get coupons which have greatly reduced the price!

Very busy store but everyone is very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you find what you need
